Jared immediately headed to the ship’s hold where Zach’s room was at. Coincidentally, he bumped into Zach, who was making his way downstairs to the corridor. Zach raised his eyebrow at him. “President Crawford, how may I help you?”

“President Warren, can you spare half an hour for me? Let’s have a chat.”

The man, who was as handsome as Jared, curled his lips but was not smiling. “President Crawford, you don’t seem like you were going to let me decline your request anyway. If that’s the case, let’s speak openly.”

They headed to the observation deck that was facing the sea. While being blown by the sea breeze, Jared cut to the chase. “Stella is Gwen.”

Zach denied it firmly, “No.”

Jared questioned closely, “If Stella and Gwen aren’t the same people, why did you put so much effort into wiping out Stella’s information from before five years ago? Aren’t you trying to lie to Gwen, who has lost her memory, so you can make her accept the new identity that you’ve arranged for her?!”

“Looks like you’ve made a detailed investigation,” Zach responded calmly without looking anxious at all.

“So my sentences aren’t interrogative, they’re affirmative.” Jared kept a straight face.

Since Jared was smart and had found clues, there was no point for Zach to deny it any further, thus he admitted it, “Yes, Stella is Gwen, but Gwen is Stella now, and she’s my wife.”

Feeling enraged, Jared grabbed Zach by his collar right away. “Zach Warren, how could you do something like that!”

Zach simply broke free and cast a cold look at Jared. “Why couldn’t I? Since you didn’t know how to cherish her, I’ll adore her instead! You’re no longer qualified to fight for Stella anymore, she’s mine now!”
