Helen nodded with satisfaction. Then, she opened the can of beer and took a sip.

"Where's the thing you took? What is it?" she asked,

It was definitely not a common good since three parties were fighting for it at the same time.

"Of course, we have to hide the treasure we snatched from others promptly," Chandler said with a smirk, "I'll take you to see it tonight."

"Okay." Helen took another sip and tossed the can to the table. Beer was too bitter, and she still couldn't take a fancy to it.

Two hours later, Carles and Bernard came in at the same time.

"Let's go, I'll change your dressing." Bernard walked over to help Chandler.

"You stay out of this." Helen stopped Bernard as she tilted her head to look at Carles behind him. "Have you bought all the things?"

"Except Bletilla serum. I have asked several suppliers, and they all said they don't have it," Carles stated.

"Then it'll be useless." Helen rubbed her forehead. "Forget it. I'll call someone to send it over."

She then took out her phone and went to the balcony to make a call.

Bernard heaved a long sigh of relief. "I thought I was going to lose my job."

He then pushed Chandler into the room excitedly. "Let's go. There's a new medicine arriving today. Your wound will certainly heal within a week after applying it. Let me change your dressing and impress your fiancée with the power of modern medicine."

Bernard had applied the medicine on Chandler by the time Helen returned.

Helen wasn't worried. She glanced at the herbs in Carles' hand and ordered, "Simmer the herbs with six cups of water until the liquid reduces to half a cup."

"Alright." Carles was extremely calm as he responded and walked into the kitchen. Like Chandler said, Carles had long forgotten about Helen's yelling at him.

Helen felt a little bad about it, but she didn't bring it up again. She kept it in her mind and planned to make it up to him in the future.

Chandler was bandaged up 20 minutes later, and the two of them walked out of the room.

"Who is Jim Conrad?" Bernard asked with an innocent face.

"How can you get so far when you don't even know Jim Conrad?" Jenson gave him a contemptuous look.

"You know black market, right? Whether it's something you can buy openly or not, you can get it there. Jim is the direct manager of the black market. If you want to get top-notch rare goods, it's definitely the right choice to look for him."

"Not bad, you even know about the black market given your intelligence," Helen joked.

Jenson chuckled with complacency. A moment later, he snapped back and glared angrily at Helen.

"What do you mean by that? What's wrong with my intelligence? All the Newtons have high intelligence, okay?"

"Yes." Helen nodded. "It's quite high."

Then, she brought the Bletilla serum to the kitchen.
