Helen led Chandler to the open-air seats on the side. It was obvious that Chandler had never eaten at a roadside stall before, and he felt a little uncomfortable. However, he had no objections after seeing Helen's delighted expression.

"Here you go, your two servings of oden. Enjoy."

The owner brought the oden over, and Helen immediately dug it. She instantly felt her taste buds satisfied by the familiar taste.

"You should try it too! It's delicious!"

Chandler wanted to say that he didn't really like it. But after having tasted it for the first time, he unexpectedly enjoyed the roadside stall dish. He couldn't resist and continued eating.

"Is it good?"

Chandler hesitated and replied, "Not bad."

Helen ate quickly, and Chandler's expression softened when he saw her so carefree and relaxed.

Unbeknownst to them, a pink Ferrari was parked by the roadside.

Margaret was in the driver's seat. She removed her glasses and stared at Chandler, who was sitting by the roadside and eating street food.

At first, she thought she might be imagining things, but she became certain of it when she spotted Helen.

Helen's hand froze and she glanced at Margaret. Immediately, her appetite declined.

She caught up to them and said, "Chandler, why are you leaving like this? Are you still blaming me for what happened the last time...?"

Margaret hesitated. Shethen took a glance at Helen and chose to yield. "I was wrong the last time and made a mistake in the heat of the moment. Given our years of friendship, can you please not hold it against me?"

Chandler raised an eyebrow.

He had always considered Margaret as a regular friend, and that their families' connections had led to some interactions. He used to appreciate Margaret's strong and independent personality, including the fact that they both liked the same violinist. It had made him feel like they were from the same world.
