When Kimberly came back. Jason was talking to the doctor.

“I got a handsome guy to take care of you. Aren’t I amazing?” Kimberly whispered.

Anastasia smiled lightly, her face pale.

“Do you know that you’re pregnant?” Kimberly was a little worried. “That scumbag doesn’t deserve it.

Looking at the pregnancy check–up report. Anastasia kept silent for a long time before saying, “When I called Alastor, Felicia answered it. I think he did it on purpose to force me to initiate the divorce.”

Through the past four years, Anastasia had learned enough about Alastor.

He could not let himself be the one in the wrong and would not initiate the divorce. “Before I came to Atharia, I don’t think he had any intention of divorcing me. After 1 left the country, I don’t know what means Felicia used to convince him.”

“That jerk!” Kimberly scolded angrily. “Divorce! You should get a divorce when you get back! It’s not like you can’t live without him after divorcing, right? You shouldn’t stay with this kind of man for even a minute longer.”

“He wants me to initiate the divorce, but I won’t. I want to see what extent he’ll go to force me into initiating it.” Anastasia smiled ironically.

That smile was extremely ugly.

“The doctor has given the go–ahead for you to be discharged. I’ve signed the necessary documents,” Jason said as he walked over, having completed the discharge procedures.

“Thank you, Jason. Kimberly was a little embarrassed.

“No problem. It’s my pleasure.” Jason smiled at Anastasia.

“Happy birthday.” Anastasia did not thank him anymore and wished him a happy birthday instead.

Jason paused for a moment before saying with a smile, “I’ve received your blessing. Since Kimberly is here, I’ll go first.”

Soon after Jason left, Anastasia finished her IV drip.

Anastasia did not speak throughout the whole journey home from the hospital.

In Kimberly’s living room, the tablet was still displaying the surveillance footage from Anastasia’s house.

Sienna had arrived at Alastor’s house early, looking around and secretly looking through Anastasia’s things.

She was secretly delighted at the thought that these things would soon belong to her.

“Snowball!” Sienna shouted at the little Ragdoll in the cat bed.

The little Ragdoll glanced at Sienna. Seeing that it was a stranger, he curled up in the cat bed again coldly and ignored.
