“It’s not fun to only see the photos Sienna took in secret. I will show you what’s real…” Anastasia unbuttoned her sweater, took it off, and threw it on the ground.

“Enough!” Xavier grabbed Anastasia’s wrist, and his eyes turned red. “What do you want… Just say it.”

“I want you to end your life. Will you do it?” Anastasia stared into Xavier’s eyes.

Xavier was stunned for a moment. The next second, he avoided her gaze.

“I’m such a fool and should never judge a book by its cover.” Anastasia sat on the couch and kicked over Xavier’s table.

Everything on the table fell to the ground.

The paintings hanging on the wall were drawn by Xavier, all of which were human body sketches.

“I think I’m nice to you. Why did you treat me like this? Even if you wanted to ruin me, you have to give me a reason why.” Anastasia choked up.

She was hurt by her most trusted friend of the opposite sex, betrayed by her husband, and sold out by her biological father. In short, she was abandoned by all her loved ones.
