Chapter 16
Then what kind of picture do you think can achieve the effect 1 want?”
In the hazy night, Anastasia’s pale face appeared too angular as she laughed sarcastically.
Looking at Anastasia with deep eyes, Jason reached out to grab her phone and took a photograph of their intertwined hands under the moonlight. “Do you dare to post this?”
Anastasia took back her phone and deleted the picture.
Of course she did not dare to post it.
She did not want to divorce.
Divorcing would let Alastor and Felicia get what they wanted.
So, she would not divorce.
She wanted Alastor to owe her.
“Young man, you don’t have to worry about me,” Anastasia jokingly said. She originally wanted to use Jason to provoke Felicia, but it seemed that Jason was really not a rich scion nor the kind of playboy that she thought he was.
Jason smiled as he rested a hand on the railing. He then leaned closer to Anastasia and whispered, “Don’t familiar?”
Anastasia frowned and looked up at Jason.
The scent on his body was really pleasant, and it was even mixed with a faint hint of sweet wine now.
“Familiar? Have I met Jason before?” Anastasia wondered.

“Handsome, are you mistaken? We first met in the elevator, didn’t we?” Anastasia looked at Jason suspiciously.
Jason simply smiled. “Sorry, I must be mistaken.”
Then, Jason went back to the living room.
Anastasia turned around and enjoyed the cool breeze, gazing into the night quietly.
Sure enough, she could not stay up late.
While Kimberly and the rest partied all night. Anastasia went back to Kimberly’s house early to sleep.
Yet, she was in fact drifting in and out of sleep, feeling extremely dizzy.
She had a dream where she returned to the day before the registration of her marriage with Alastor.
Alastor had said, “Anastasia, I can give you a home.”
She replied, “Alastor, you can’t lie to me.”
There was no longer any trust between the couple. How could they maintain their relationship?
Anastasia stayed in Atharia for half a month.
During this time, Anastasia never saw Jason again.
According to Kimberly, Jason had flown back home.
During this period, Alastor never contacted Anastasia again either.
“Annie, I’ll go home with you.” Kimberly was worried about Anastasia and wanted to go back with her.
Anastasia shook her head. “I’ll go back by myself. It’s okay.”
There were some things that she could not escape from. She had to face them eventually.
Once Anastasia booked the flight ticket to return home, Alastor could obtain her flight details from his side.

Anastasia originally wanted to stay in Atharia for three months so that Alastor could enjoy the freedom from her not being at home.
She did not expect that Alastor would see through her plan so quickly and that he would directly initiate divorce.
“Anastasia!”
It was already nine o’clock the next morning when she touched down in Hork.
It was not Alastor but Felicia who came to pick her up.
It was obvious that Alastor sent her.
