Chapter 65: Another Project

Jasmine's POV

I thought we could go back abroad after that wedding, but I was wrong, even if the wedding was cancelled. We are still staying here because I received another project. They also chose me as their wedding planner.

After that day, she also paid everything, and I actually didn't know what had happened to both of them.

The news also spread about their cancelled wedding. And about Travis? It's been days, and I haven't heard any news about him. It's not that I'm looking at him.

“ We've been really trying to contact you before because my wife wants you to be our wedding planner,” Mr. Clarkson started, which surprised me. Ms. Bianca chuckled and looked at her husband.

“ Really? It’s really an honour to be your wedding planner now that I know that you've been looking for me,” I told them while our orders were already served.

“ Well, I actually did read about you, and I was surprised when I found out that you are one of the well-known wedding planners not just here but also abroad, “ Ms. Bianca said, which made me smile.

“ I actually insisted on finding another wedding planner because we found out that you are still busy but my wife kept on insisting on waiting for you. Luckily you already have time,” Mr Clarkson said. Ms Bianca chuckled and smiled at his husband.

“ I don't know what to say because of what I heard,” I said. They were actually a great couple and some of the most successful businessmen and women in this city.

“ I know that you are extraordinary compared to others. That's why I want you to be our wedding planner don't worry, both of us are cooperative and you don't have to worry about talking to us. “ Ms. Bianca said, which made me nod my head.

She's actually elegant. I can really see how wealthy they are. She's even got this limited bag edition that only wealthy people could afford.

I actually did a background check about them, and they have a charity that helps homeless people, especially abandoned kids. They really have a good heart. I also read that they are paying kids tuition so they can go to school.

“ This started when we saw a young girl. She looked dirty, and on that cold night, she didn't have shoes or even a jacket to fight against the cold. She was begging people for food, but no one dared to help her. I felt pain when I saw how she cried that night, and I decided to help her. And she's now a doctor,” she said, which made me happy.

“ I am not wrong about you Ms. Bianca and Mr. Clarkson,” I said, I saw that kid that she's talking about and she's now helping so many people.

“ We were not yet engaged when we decided to build a shelter for those people who don't have families. When we did that, it was like they were our luck, and that made our business known,” he said proudly.

“ Sorry for taking your time, but I also want to help them. Please take this small amount. “ I handed them the check, and they had no choice but to accept it.

We went back talking to them about their wedding, and she's really decided about that theme. We also showed them some of our wedding gowns for them.
