Chapter 75: I Have No Time For You

Jasmine's POV

Yesterday, Travis was trying to talk to me, but every time he tried, Paul would interfere with him. Paul stayed with me, which I’m really thankful for because, in that way, Travis couldn't come near me.

“ Well, buy that apartment,” Mrs. And Mr. Galveston said. I'm actually in the middle of the middle right now since I have to Discuss the apartment that they are trying to buy for us.

I smiled when I heard them say that. The location of the apartment that we are selling is near the city also. And it's safe there, that's one of our priorities when we are creating buildings.

“ We're happy to hear that Mr. And Mrs. Galveston. Don't worry; you won't regret your decision,” I told them. I started bringing out the papers that they needed to sign, and after that, I could ask one of my workers to tour them in the apartment they bought.

“ Well, we read about your company and we are not surprised because the ratings really impressed us. We actually want to find a place that we could both spend” Mrs. Galveston. They are actually old. Mrs. Galveston is already 63 years old and Mr. Galveston is already 71 years old.

I offered them that apartment because it's perfect for their age. I also gave them a discount for it, which made them very thankful. I can see that they are not rich; they are average people, but you can really see that they’ve been dreaming of having their own apartment.

That's why I didn't hesitate to give them a good deal.

“ I'm glad to serve you both. Please enjoy your new home,” I said and gave them the key after they had signed the papers and paid for the apartment, which they already owned.

I'm happy for them because even though they are getting old they are still happy being with each other. I let out a heavy breath when they left while holding each other's hand.

I also wished to have that kind of relationship before but it didn't happen. Maybe that's not really what is meant for me.

Well, now I realize that it doesn't matter if I don't end up in a good relationship. What matters is that I have my son with me and that I can provide him with the things he needs. That's what is important to me now.

I got my purse and left the restaurant. I place my things inside my car before getting in.

I was about to start my car's engine when I saw something. It was Travis getting out of his car. I was about to close the window of my car when I saw Stacy running towards him.

Am I seeing it clearly? Why is it like they are fighting?

I watched them over here and Stacy hurriedly held Travis' hand when they were near my car. I closed the window so they couldn't see me.

Travis removed her hand and turned around but Stacy hugged him tightly on his back.

What is wrong with them? Did they get back together? But why does it seem like they are fighting?

I thought Stacy had already ended their wedding, but why is she still with Travis? Wait! Don't tell me Stacy wants to catch things up with Travis.
