Chapter 78: Leave Me Alone

Jasmine's POV

These past few days I've been thinking about Diego's plan. We actually have some problems with our business abroad. We're also busy with our dealings with our different clients here.

We've come up with different solutions but we needed to decide that he should go back abroad. My son is not used to him being away. But we have no other choice.

He needs to go back abroad as soon as possible. We also decided that David should have his personal maid. Since I can't bring him to my work because Travis would see him and if that's happened there will be a big trouble.

David begged him not to go, but he really needed us in our company.

“ I will miss you” David hugged him which made him chuckle and messed up his hair.

“ I promise it won't take too long. What do you want me to buy you when I come back?” Diego asked my son. He carried him while we were walking through the plane.

“ I want a small car,” he uttered and smiled. Which made him laugh.

“ David, what did I tell you? “ I looked at him while he pouted. He looked at Diego to ask for help. He cleared his throat before talking to me.

I just don't want him to spoil my son too much. Though David knows his limitations and he's not like the other kid that if they want something they should get it no matter what it costs. I just don't want my son to turn out to be like that.

“ Don't worry about your mom, I'll handle it” he said proudly to my son and they both looked at me. I furrowed my eyebrows.

“ That's why he wants what can I do? Besides, I would be staying there for days. I just want to give him something that will make him happy. “ He explained to me while David kept on nodding.

“ We already talked about this” I crossed my arms. I already talked to him about him spoiling David. He even agrees and promises not to spoil him but here he goes again.

“ Common, just this one” he said and they looked at me with their pleasing eyes. I let out a sigh.

“ Fine. But this would be the last okay? “ They both nodded and David happily got down and hugged me tight. To be honest I really can't say no to my son. It's really hard to reject his cuteness.

“ Thank you mommy!” I smiled. While Diego nodded at me.

“ You knew that I can't resist you” I told him but he just laughed. We started walking and when we arrived at the stairs of the plane Diego bid good-bye. After that I decided that we will go to the nearest restaurant. Since he's been saying that he's hungry.

We got inside the restaurant and I started ordering food. After that, we just waited for how many minutes.

“ Will daddy Uncle be back soon mom?” He asked me while I'm helping him with his food. I could hear sadness in his voice. I knew he would miss him. I actually didn't know when he would be back.

“ Of course, after he finished fixing the problems in our company. Don't worry he will always call you okay?” I told him which made him nodded. He's not used to Diego being far away. Since they always play with each other he's like his best buddy.
