Jasmine's POV

I am unaware of what he did. He just proposed to me, and he would tell me that it was just a joke. I don't know what is wrong with him.

“ Here, eat more," he offered me food while the others were eating now. He bought food for all of us. I also found out that he is one of the groomsmen. Now I feel awkward acting like he's now my fiancee when, in fact, he is not.

“ I can do that by myself, Paul; you don't have to act sweet,” I whispered to him and tried to smile because the couple was in front of us while Travis was also there.

He's not looking at me like he used to, and I have no idea why he isn't even talking to me right now. Since Paul came here to visit me always, he has become distant. That is what I want him to do, but now I feel strange. Maybe it's because of what Paul did.

“ You two were sweet. Bianca suddenly uttered, which made me laugh nervously. I secretly rolled my eyes to Paul, but he just held my shoulder.

“ Who would not be right? A beautiful, sexy, brilliant, and unique person like her would really melt my heart, and I will always be sweeter for her,” he said, which made me want to vomit for real. I just smiled and nodded.

“ You're right. Who would not fall for someone like her?” Travis said something that caught my attention. That was the first time he had spoken since we were here.

He just looked at me with his normal expression. Why would he say that? Did he really fall for me before? Or he's just telling lies again.

I don't know what is wrong with him but I really feel his bad aura.

“ Right bro, Jasmine is the best and greatest woman I've ever met. I admit that I'm not really into a serious relationship, but that was before. But when I met her? Everything about me changed in an instant. She was like the reason why all the darkness in my life faded away and changed into a Brighter one.” He smiled at me and fixed my hair.

He's talking to Travis like we didn't know each other before when the truth is he's my ex-husband. I wanted to stop him by pinching him but he winked at me.

“ That was new. As far as I know, you're seeing different women every day.” He suddenly said, and his gaze went on me like he was telling me that Paul wasn't serious about our relationship. Actually, all my team knew that what Paul did was just a joke, but the three of them weren't informed. I don't know what came to his mind that he did this big trouble.

“ Common bro, that was before. I won't ever do that again, just like what others say. People changed and I could say that I am one of the models of that saying. I actually stopped that immediately as soon as I saw her that day,” he proudly said before messing up my hair, which made me irritated.

He shouldn't have to do that, I fixed my hair and glared at him. However, I know that he's lying because even I sometimes saw him with different girls. As I remember, he was with a random woman the last day I went to the restaurant. They were kissing like there were no other people around them watching them cuddling.

Well, no offense, but that was inappropriate for the kind of place like that.
