Skyler’s voice didn’t sound that innocent.

Willow knew Skyler’s relationship with men had never been all that pure even back when they were in school. However, she wasn’t interested to know who Skyler was being intimate with in the hallway.

Willow’s hands trembled as she took her phone out of her bag. She could show Zayn Skyler’s true colors as long as she recorded their conversation! Unfortunately, she discovered that her phone was out of battery after taking it out.

Willow had been living in a daze for the past few days. She hadn’t even charged her phone once. It would’ve been unusual if it still had power.

“Let me go, Jett! What kind of place do you think this is? How would I face people in the future if someone sees us?” There was an obvious tinge of anxiousness in Skyler’s voice.

“I’ll compensate you for your losses this time, Jett. But don’t come looking for me again in the future. Things won’t end well for the both of us if Zayn discovers what’s between us!” Skyler exclaimed.

“Do you have no conscience, Skyler?” Jett questioned.

“So many of my men are in prison now. Their lives are hanging by a thread, yet you’re going to turn your back on us? How could I have ever been attracted to a heartless woman like you?” he questioned her furiously.

“No, they don’t,” Jett paused. “But I promise that F’ll reveal your true colors to Zayn If you still intend to turn your back on us.” There was a clear threat

Afraid that Jett would really cause a scene in front of Zayn, Skyler hurriedly softened her tone, “It’s all my fault, Jett. I shouldn’t have made you angry just now.
