All I could do was nod my head in reply. I closed my head, trying to focus on anything but the excruciating pain I was going through.

I opened my eyes as Blair began to speak again. As much as my whole body hurt, I wanted to hear what he had to say.

Eventually, we reached the hospital. As soon as the helicopter landed, Blair took me in his arms and hurried into the hospital.

The bodyguards followed swiftly after him, their footsteps clanking against the tiled floor of the hospital.

“This is the royal hospital. They offer the best treatment here. Rest assured you’ll be fine, princess.” Blair explained, still carrying me in his arms as we reached the entrance.

All I could do was muster a small nod. The pain was so much that I was barely even able to think straight. I wanted this pain to end. I didn’t care what happened. I just wanted this pain to end.

Standing close to the entrance was a tall man. I watched as he quickly walked up to us, his face filled with what looked like concern.

“Giselle.” He breathed out.

How did he know my name? I couldn’t ask him that question as the pain continued to wrack my whole body.

“Forgive me for my rudeness. I didn’t even introduce myself to you.”

He grabbed my hand and brought it to his lips. A simple gesture. “I’m Olavir. Your brother.”

I felt my heart skip a beat. He was one of my brothers. He had dark hair and brown eyes that looked so warm and welcoming. Even though I didn’t know him, I knew he was someone that would protect me.

His face became stern as he turned to Blair. “We need to get her to the doctor now.”

Blair nodded his head. Just as we were about to enter the hospital, we were stopped by some nurses. They were in our way, preventing us from entering. There were more than ten of them.

“What’s the meaning of this?” Olavir’s eyes narrowed on them.

“With all due respect,” One of the nurses stepped forward, “We refuse to let this whore pass and get any kind of treatment at our hospital.”

“What?” Olavir’s expression darkened.

“You heard what she said.” Another one retorted, folding her arms. “We saw the live stream and everything that happened. She’s nothing but a dirty whore. The only thing she’s good for is breaking up homes. Filth like her doesn’t deserve to get treatment at such a noble hospital as ours.”

I could see Olavir’s temper visibly rising. I didn’t know him at all but even I could tell that he was fuming with anger.

I felt my chest tighten at the harsh words of the nurses. They didn’t even know me and they already had so much ill-feelings towards me. I didn’t even realize when tears started falling down my cheeks.

“It’s a pleasure having you here, my prince.” The man smiled.

“It’s no pleasure at all it seems. Your nurses have demonstrated a very despicable behavior towards my sister.” Olavir said angrily.

The director turned to look at me. He had a smile on his face but I could see something else. There was something demeaning about the way he looked at me.

“My apologies, your highness.” The director puts a hand on his chest.

Shockingly, the man’s voice gets lower. “Though, it does beg the question if she’s really your sister or your mistress.”

Olavir’s eyes snapped to him as he said. Without hesitation, he grabbed the man by the front of his shirt. The director began to mumble different apologies, hoping it would reduce Olavir’s anger but my brother was having none of that.

“You’re fired.” He said the word in a deathly quiet tone.

Olavir pushed him back and the man stumbled on to the ground. He turned to Blair and motioned to the director with his head.

“Get this piece of trash of this premises.”
