Ryn's pov

"Take the same direction you drove to the cabin, when you've reached the main road take a right and drive up straight. You should arrive near the dock in no time." Becca informed me. She seemed to be jumping around or something because of the constant thudding noise that was on the other end.

I nodded even though she couldn't see me. "Alright, when you find Nate tell him to come with backup before three, Ace and I are trying to block one of those trucks that have the drugs. If everything goes well, we'll be able to pose as the drivers. It was the only plan we could come up with quickly." I stated and looked for my discarded clothes.

"You'll meet us there on the road, if you come early we'll be able to go to the dock together. How long do you think it'll take you to reach the road to the dock?" I asked, now holding the phone between my shoulder blades and ear whilst I pull up my jeans. I didn't bother putting on my underwear, I wasn't one to reuse undergarments for two days.

"I'm about to leave now, Nate will drop me halfway and I'll try to meet y'all there before you guys reach the dock." Becca responds.

I picked up my shirt. "We don't have any more bullets with us, do you by chance have any here?" I asked.

"Yes it's in the room under the mattress, there's a little wooden draw that's filled with weapons and bullets. Is my brother feeling better from yesterday?" She asked. I bit my lips and stared at Ace.

I scanned his body and my eyes stayed fixated on his wounded shoulder. It didn't look that bad anymore but I was sure that it still hurt. He raises a brow when he catches me staring.

"He looks a lot better than yesterday, do you happen to have a shirt for him though? His shirt is soaked with blood." I questioned.

"Yes there's a shirt in the closet that should fit him, it might be a little tight but it'll do. Sorry but I don't have any feminine clothes there, I don't usually keep my clothes in the cabin." Her apologies.

I was about to respond when Nate's angry voice blasted on the other side. "Why do you have a male's shirt in the cabin?" Nate roared.

I could tell he was angry and I hoped Becca had a good explanation for him. I had never heard Nate sounding so jealous and mad before, it caught me by surprise.

"Is Nate near you now?" I mocked. I couldn't help it, I loved knowing that I could tease them about something. It was now very obvious that something was going on between them.

"Yes he's near." I could tell she was now irritated by the thought of Nate blowing their cover.

"Ryn I'll meet you guys on the way to the dock, please be safe and tell my brother to keep from getting shot again. I'll see you guys soon." She rushes and hangs up before I could get a word in.

I stared at the phone in shock. She just hung up on me. Why was she trying to keep whatever she and Nate had a secret? I sighed, it wasn't my business to interfere with whatever those two were up to.

"Does she have any weapons around?" Ace asked getting me out of my thoughts. I pushed the phone in my pocket and pulled the shirt over my head. The shirt was tight enough to not make it visible that I didn't have any bra on.
