Ryn's pov

Ace glowered at me before turning around to head out of the sliding doors. I followed behind him confused out of my mind.

"Where are you going?" I could hear the confusion leaking out of my tone.

"It seems I made a mistake in coming here, looks like you don't need my help." His voice was gruff, displeased. My eyebrow crunched in confusion. This man is confusing me.

"Why this sudden change?" I asked and reached my hands out to stop him. He turned around slowly and I could see the sadness in those beautiful orbs of his, before he masked it. He's getting really good at that.

His eyes drift down to stare at my hands that were still curled around his biceps. I swiftly detached my hands away from him like I had just been burnt. I could feel my cheeks heat up in embarrassment.

His eyes raised to look into my own as he studied me. It was clear to him and me that I was affected by his leering. I could feel his eyes slowly undressing me and a heated trail was left where he had focused his attention.

I bit my bottom lip in thought. Somehow it didn't revolt me about thinking of doing intimate things with him.

(Fuck)"Fanculo!" He grumbled and tugged at his strands harshly. He then took in a sharp breath before walking back in to sit on my couch.

I followed him and sat on the opposite sofa. I watch as he threw his head back to rest it on the sofa. He gulped making his adams apple move with the action.

"Why don't you make yourself at home?" I muttered sarcastically. I was mad at myself for even thinking those thoughts about my enemy, a criminal at that. What the fuck is wrong with me?

He let out a silent husky laugh that rocked my body with shivers of pleasure. His head came back forth and he looked at me then nodded. He bent forward and rested his elbows on his knees before opening his mouth to speak.

"Robert isn't my real father." He stated bluntly. Out of all things he could have said, I couldn't have guessed this one. But they look alike. This asshole is lying.

He must've seen the doubt in my eyes because he continued. "My biological father is Collin, Robert's identical twin who was having an affair with my mother."

Ah that explains the features.

I nodded. "I understand but that still isn't a reason to want to take down the man who raised you."

He sighed "He killed them and he was going to kill me."

"I'm not afraid of death bellissima, but I need to take him down before I'm six feet under. I need to have revenge, I need to at least do one good thing before I die." He continued and stared at me intently.
