|| KIERA STEVENS'S POV||
Luca was dragging me fast. Our legs banged few times but he didn't even wait a second to slow down. I was being dragged away by this man cluelessly. I shouted, squeezing past the leaving crowd,
" Wait... Wait..At least tell me..Why the fuck we are running? My son is out there."
He didn't stop for a bit. His jaw was tickling in anger after he dragged me away from our previous spot. His expression told like there had some serious issues going on which he didn't tell me. I hated to be stay in dark all my life. Midway, I shoved his arms off angrily, shouting my words out,
" I am not going anywhere unless you tell me what the fuck is going on!"
He had no choice but to pause between his steps. Glaring back at me, he spat through his gritted teeth,
" If we stay here any longer, we might die. Do you believe that? So follow me without questioning."
My jaw dropped in disbelief, fears crawling into my heart immediately. I wasn't a girl who could accept bloody things so casually unlike him who wasn't afraid of death. I stammered, looking around carefully,
" But..."
He didn't let me finish. Another hard push, we were standing in front of his black car. He quickly tugged off his coat, my eyes followed his movements to see a gun around his waist. I swallowed hard thickly, fear for my son growing in my mind,
" My son..Ryan is still there..."
Tears pricked from my eyes before I could even say more. His head snapped aside to stare at me. Through his clenched teeth, he assured angrily,
" Don't worry! No fucking man will lay a finger on your son."
I couldn't stay calm. At least, I was the mother who put her son above everything. My lips parted to say more but gunshots fired in the air.
" Ahh!", I cried out, putting hands over my ears reflexively. Luca pulled me behind his car immediately, not caring about the running crowd anymore. His car had been used as shield for my body.
I saw him shooting through my blurry eyes vaguely. He was firing at them casually, his eyes were bloodshot in anger. He didn't look at anything except those masked man, firing from distance. His only man, David was accompanying him. Each time, a bullet was shot or fired, my heart dropped in fear. I didn't care about anything except Ryan,my baby.
Did they catch him? Did they kill him? I shouldn't have taken him out.

|| AZRAEL DE LUCA'S POV||
I never felt so insecure in my life before. Gun, blood never scared me like the way it was doing today because I had someone to protect to safe. It was her and the little guy who smiled at me like I was some sort of heaven on earth whilst people called me devil. I realized the moment when I saw those masks. It completely slipped out of my mind that a group of Russian Bravta used masks to cover their faces whenever they went on a mission in a different state. All because it was a fucking fair and I thought that it was normal.
It meant that I wasn't safe outside anymore. Someone was leaking my personal news. Someone was backstabbing me from behind. Or else, it was impossible to locate me like that. My house, car, every device had fucking protection.
" Ahhh!", her cry took me by surprise. I lifted my head to see someone firing at her way. Luckily, my car was bullet proof. So she was saved from it. Jumping over to her, I pushed her head down and fired madly at the guy in the distance. He was dead at that moment.
Gripping her up by arms, I growled pushing her inside the car,
" Stay inside and lock the car. DO NOT COME OUT NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS!"
