He knew what Eva suggested was a good plan, but he was still worried about Emma. What if they fail? He knew De Costa won't hesitate to kill Emma.

"He will be here by next flight", Riyadh said as he slumped on the couch beside him.

"This better work", Taimur said running his fingers through his hairs.

He didn't want anything to happen to his baby girl, he was ready to sacrifice himself for her.

"This is the best shot we have", Riyadh replied.

Alia entered the living room, carrying a box from an Italian restaurant, she was eating out of it with the help of a fork.

"You need to try this Riyadh, it tastes divine", She said putting a spoonful in her mouth.

Taimur looked at her, she was looking like herself today, the way she had freaked out when Taimur told that he was going to give himself in return of Emma, had made Taimur realized how much she loved him.

It was not easy for him to make that decision, he was not just anyone but was the Crown Prince of a country. His disappearance would have sparked a chain of unpleasant events. It was not as simple as he was thinking, it could have brought a lot of political changes.

But still, he was willing to do it for Emma, he didn't want to risk her life. But what Eva had suggested made sense, it was the best possible solution for the current situation.

"Alia, I think I told you to cut your carbs, what about that keto diet you were on?" He asked Alia.

"Come on Tim, will you just let me forget that once in a while? Alia replied rolling her eyes.

"I don't want a fat wife", He retorted.

"Don't worry you will still love me, even if I weigh more than a hippo", She replied.

He was trying to just keep her good mood intact, he had been missing her sass and witty replies.

"I called the boys, they said they are mad at you for living them behind", Taimur said.

"Ohh yeah, you leave them behind half the year they never complain, I leave them once they show me attitude. Guess I need to make more foreign trips", She replied munching on her spaghetti.

"You realize I make business trips don't you?" He gave emphasis on business.

He was teasing her to provoke her to argue with him, he loved it when she turned all feisty on him.

"What did you have for lunch", She asked arching her brow.

" Why?" He asked confused.

"You look very cheerful today", She said cleaning her mouth with a tissue.

Taimur laughed at her reply, he had a witty answer to give to her but he avoided it in presence of Riyadh.

" Tim, if you don't mind, you have to show up for dinner at an event tonight", Riyadh said smiling at their banter.

Taimur was not in the mood to attend any event, he just wanted to stay at the hotel with Alia, maybe they could watch a movie together, it has been a long time since they did any normal couple thing.

"Can't we drop it?" He asked agitated.

Riyadh looked at him for a few moments, trying to assess the reason for his denial.

"I was thinking I could just stay here and watch a movie with Alia", He replied to him.

Alia who was checking her emails dropped her cellphone and looked at him in astonishment like he had lost his mind or something.

" What, can't we do any normal couple thing?" He asked annoyed.

He had realized nothing was more important to him than his wife and kids when he was about to lose them. He had regretted that he didn't give them as much time as he should have, always have been busy with his business or Royal duties.

"I don't know, we never did any normal couple thing since we got married, remember?" Alia taunted him.

"I know, and I am really sorry about that. And I want to make it up to you", He said holding her hands in his.

"As much as I appreciate this baby, but we are not a normal couple. I knew what I was getting into when I married you, and believe me, I don't have any regrets. And I love you for what you are, the dominating and domineering alpha male. So just go ahead and do what you are good at, conquering this world. Sitting home and watching a movie is not your thing", She said the last sentence with a wink.

"I was thinking about Emma?" She said after some time.

"She will be fine", He replied.

"I was thinking about what I am going to tell her, and how she will react when she finds out, I have hidden the truth from her. I think she might hate me for this", She said, Taimur could feel her voice had changed he knew she was crying.

"Don't worry she won't, she is just a child. She will forget everything when she will meet me", He replied trying to console her, the truth was he was hurting inside because of her tears.

"Eva", He whispered her name.

She didn't reply, but he could feel the change in her breathing.

"Eva please come back", He knew she would never agree, and she will never come back to him but still he wanted to tell her that he wanted her back.

He was going through an emotional turmoil, a few minutes ago when he was with Alia, all he wanted was her. Eva was nowhere in the picture. And now when he was speaking to Eva, all he wanted was her, Alia was out of the picture.

How could he love two women at the same time, how was it even possible, why couldn't he choose any one of them? Why did he want them both and desired them both?

"Taimur, we have discussed this earlier. You know I can't leave Mateo, I could never do this to him. Please don't force me", She replied.

"Emma will need you", He said sighing, she was a stubborn woman from the day he had met her.

" So please don't take her away from me", She pleaded.

"You know that won't happen, she is my daughter, my only daughter and there is no way that I will keep her away from me", He said, giving emphasis on only.

"She is my only child, Taimur", She said with a sob.

Taimur felt like someone had squeezed his heart, he couldn't bear giving her pain but he couldn't help it, he can't keep Emma away from him. There was always going to be a threat to her life and she needs to be guarded round the clock, like his son's.

"I am sorry Eva, but this is it. She will not be safe anywhere other than Azmaayir, my enemies will always try to find my weakness and I can't keep her unguarded", He replied.

Eva didn't say anything and just disconnected the call, Taimur was angry at her, why couldn't she just come back to him?
