Third Person POV

Three men were standing in an open field, an SUV parked behind them, they were looking into the horizon as a car appeared.

They looked at each other anxious, what they were doing involved they could lose their lives for this, but at least they had a backup in the form of a little girl.

The bastard had taken everything from him and his family and now he was going to pay with his life.

They had waited six long years for the vengeance but it was worth it. They had hit Taimur Al Jahaan where it hurt the most and now they had him cornered.

The car came to a halt a little far from them, and two men appeared from the car. Luca smiled as he saw the Crown Prince got out of the car along with his ex's husband. He didn't expect him to come along with him, he was expecting Taimur's close aid to accompany him.

Never mind it didn't matter to him who collected the girl all that matter to him was Taimur Al Jahaan. Luca was going to have a lot of fun dismembering him.

He had planned everything how he was going to torture him. He would record everything and then send the video to his father in the prison. Then only Luca would rest after he had avenged each and every one.

They approached them and halted a few meters away from them, Taimur had sunglasses on his eyes and he looked a little thinner than before, the stress and anxiety must be catching with him Luca thought.

"Where is my daughter"? Taimur asked.

"She is in the car", Luca replied.

Mateo was studying the three men in front of him. He had seen pictures of De Costs and it was not difficult for him to recognize that the man standing in the middle was his son.

Mateo was relieved that he had come here himself and had not just sent his men. Mateo was hoping their plan would work. The snipers were hiding somewhere the normal eye couldn't see but he knew that they were present.

Eva had not wanted him to go with Taimur, but it was the least he could do for Emma. He had always considered her his own daughter and he wanted to be the one to get her back.

He was anxious to see Emma, she had been kidnapped for almost a week now. Without him and Eva she must surely be in a bad shape. He was worried about how these brutal men might have treated her.

"Give her, and I will walk up to you", Taimur said.

"Bring the girl", Luca snapped to his men.

One of his men walked to the car opened the door and pulled Emma out, she was sleeping, he patted her cheek a few times and she opened her eyes, and looked at the man terrified.

"Your father is here for you", The man said to her, she was awake in an instant and looked at Mateo.

"Daddy", She cried.

Mateo moved forward but halted as he heard a gunshot. He looked at Luca who had fired a shot in the air. Luca was smirking at him.

"No one moves, Trey, bring the girl here", Luca barked.

The man carried Emma towards the spot where Luca was standing. He then put her on the ground beside Luca. Luca crouched in front of Emma while the other two pointed their guns at Taimur and Mateo.

"Listen little one, I really wanted to keep you with me, but a deal is a deal. So now walk up to your daddy slowly and while you will walk here", He addressed the last words to Taimur.

Emma wanted to run to Mateo, but Luca pulled her arm and stopped her.

"Remember walk slowly", He said to Emma with a threat in his eyes.

Emma looked at him scared and shook her head, she wanted to get away from this monster as soon as she could, she had missed her parents so much in the last few days.

"Now go", He pushed her towards Mateo.

Emma took small steps towards Mateo as Taimur walked towards Luca, Emma looked at the other man with her father and something clicked in her mind.

"Daddy, let me see what happened. Did they shoot Tim? Daddy, why are you not saying anything?" She was wailing.

"We need to leave Emma, it's not safe here. He said as he reversed the car and left the place, hearing the sound of the approaching sirens.

He didn't know how he drove the car, Emma was crying beside in the passenger seat, she wanted to know what had happened to Tim.

How could he tell her what had happened, a storm was raised in his mind, and he only hoped that the Mexican Police and the FBI reached to him before it was too late.

He had to reach the hotel in Mexico City where they all had been staying. The kidnappers had asked them to meet them in a farm near the city.

They knew they won't have a chance if they would be in the US, hence they had chosen Mexico. It had been a very difficult task to have negotiated with the Mexican government, knowing how bad things were between the two countries.

" Emma, baby are you okay? Did those guys hurt you?" Mateo asked her to divert her mind from Tim.

"They were really bad people, they didn't give me ice cream and chocolates. Especially that bad lady, she told me she was going to make soup of my bones", Emma told him.

Mateo felt a knot in his stomach, he couldn't even imagine what his girl would have gone through.

" Daddy you know, they use to fight and shout loudly, I was so scared. They told me that mom and you will not come back to get me", She started crying again as she remembered.

"It's okay baby, you are okay. We will never abandon you, Emma, we love you so much", Mateo said rubbing his hand on her head.

She looked tired as if she hadn't slept, the sparkle in her eyes had dimmed. Her complexion was pale, the pinkishness of her complexion was gone.

" Daddy, I don't want to go back to them ever again", She said teary-eyed.

"I promise you, Emma, I will never let anything happen to you again", He replied.
