Third-person POV

As the door opened, Emma came running through it and Mateo followed her. Eva ran to her as soon as she saw Emma, she bent and picked her in her arms and kissed her

hysterically.

"Mommy" Emma cried.

"My baby, my life. Mommy missed you so much", She said kissing her on her cheeks.

" I missed you too mommy", Emma replied.

Eva pulled away and looked at her daughter, she looked too pale and sleep-deprived.

Emma then looked around the room and as her eyes stopped at the man standing a little away from them she whispered "Tim?".

Taimur who was holding back himself so that Emma could settle herself took a few strides towards Eva and pulled Emma from her arms as he hugged her desperately.

" Ya Hayati, ya Qalabi", He said as he kissed Emma on her cheeks.

Emma giggled at his words and said, "Tim what language are you speaking?"

Taimur smiled at her innocent question, he couldn't believe he was holding his daughter, in his arm, she was so close to him.

It was a long shot they had taken, sending his doppelganger instead of him, as being a royal they always had a double, in case of emergency. He didn't think it would have worked. His double had the same personality and his looks were quite similar to Taimur, but his eyes were dark brown in color. Hence they had used sunglasses and thank God those men had not recognized that he was not Taimur.

His body double was shot in the chest twice and currently, he was under a surgery, the bullets had barely missed his heart and there was hope that he may survive.

If Luca would have hit him in the head it would have been instant death for the poor man. Taimur was thankful that no more innocent life had been lost because of him.

Alia came closer to him and hugged them both, she gently kissed Emma on her cheeks.

"Tim is she your wife?" Emma asked smiling at Alia.

Taimur nodded at Emma, he was so overwhelmed with emotions that he was not able to talk. The last week had been a roller coaster ride of emotions for him. At one point, he had thought he was gonna die.

"Hello, I am Emma", Emma said looking at Alia.

" I know Princess", Alia replied with tears flowing from her eyes.

The resemblance between Emma and Taimur was striking, anyone who would have seen them right now could have guessed their relation.

"She is beautiful", Alia said looking at Taimur, who was busy looking at Emma through moist eyes.

He didn't reply to Alia and just nodded in agreement, he wanted to hide her somewhere, where no one could find her.

Eva and Mateo were looking at the three of them, they looked a perfectly happy family together. Eva didn't want to think about what would happen in the future.

Taimur had made his intentions very clear that he was going to take Emma with him, and Eva knew he was not bluffing he would exactly act on it.

" Mommy", Emma looked at Eva and smiled.

She then struggled in Taimur's arm to get down, Taimur understood she wanted to go to Eva, he slowly lowered her on the floor and Emma quickly ran to Eva.

"I missed you so much mommy, I never want to go away from you ever again", She said as she hugged Eva with her small hands.

Taimur felt like someone had punched his heart directly, he could see how much Emma loved Eva. And he knew how much she would be affected by her absence.

" I won't ever let you go honey", Eva said kissing her.

"Did you miss me, mommy?" Emma asked her.

"I missed you more than anything baby, and mommy will never leave you alone ever again", She said kissing her forehead.

Alia put her hand on Taimur's arm, she knew what he was going through right now. It was not easy for him to watch her daughter in some else's arms when he was standing there helpless.

" Mommy they were very bad people, they used to shout at me", Emma said looking at Eva.

"Baby, they will never bother you again. Mommy would never let anyone come near to you", Eva said hugging her tightly.

" I think Emma needs to rest, Eva why don't you run a bath for our little princess, while daddy gets Emma strawberry ice cream", Mateo said tickling Emma.

She knew if he wanted a second wife she didn't have any right to deny him, it was a common custom within Arabs, her own father had married thrice, once before marrying her mother and again a few years back. His first wife had died in childbirth along with his child and he didn't have any kids with his third wife.

"Alia, you don't have to worry, I won't do any injustice with you. You will have all the rights. Our sons will get their share from my property and you will be the Queen consort", He said holding her hand in his.

" I am not worried about me, dammit, I can't believe you want to take a child from his mother and then blackmail her into marrying you", She hissed.

"I never imagined you could stoop such low", She pulled her hands from his and stormed out of the living room of their suite.

Taimur had expected this reaction from her, he knew very well, Alia would never agree on taking Emma away from Eva, but he wanted his daughter and he wanted Eva and he would do anything to get her back.

He sat there in the living room, planning his next move. He wanted Eva and he won't stop till he got her.

Eva came out of the room after nearly half an hour with the ice cream tub in her hand, she walked to the kitchen and put the tub back in the freezer.

Taimur was looking at her through the kitchen door, he got up and walked into the kitchen when Eva turned after closing the refrigerator door she was shocked to see Taimur standing so close to her.

" Taimur", She looked at him startled, clearly uncomfortable by his closeness.

"I want you, I want you to come back. And I won't stop, till I get you back", He said tracing his finger on her cheek.

Eva was shocked at his declaration, she never expected him to be so bold, but she was a fool. He was Taimur Al Jahaan and he didn't care about others, he got what he wanted and she knew he wanted her.

She was worried Alia or Mateo could walk on them any moment, and she didn't want to give any of them any wrong expression about what was happening.

She slapped his hand away from her cheek and looked into his eyes with fury.

" And I have told you that I don't want you and that you will never have me", She said without blinking, she needed to be strong.

She watched as the warmth in his eyes turned into a cold gaze, which ran shivers down her spine.

"I will have you Eva Smith, one way or another", He said and turned and walked out of the kitchen.

Eva gave out the breath she was holding, she knew he won't stop at anything until he had her, but he was in for a surprise she will never ever submit to his will.
