" How did Emma take the news that Taimur is her father?" She asked changing the topic.

"Quite well, she already adored him. And I think he is going to spoil her to the core", Eva replied.

" You can never annihilate the attraction of blood, he will go to any length to get Emma and I am sure he will get her", Alia said.

She didn't tell Eva that he had already hired a lawyer and they will soon receive a notice from him about the custody of Emma. Knowing Taimur he would have hired the best lawyer that was out there.

And he already had an edge over Eva because of the kidnapping which happened under her watch, Alia knew Taimur's lawyer will shred Eva's image as a mother into pieces during the trial. He too had the mall incident which proved the carelessness on part of Mateo.

"Mommy", Eva came running out of the bedroom, followed by Mateo.

"Baby", Eva pulling her on her lap and hugged and kissed her on the cheeks.

Alia smiled at the mother and daughter, she felt a pang of jealousy. She had always wanted a daughter with Taimur and the irony was she was blessed with three sons and now she was incapable of conceiving. If only she would have given Taimur a daughter maybe he would not have wanted so badly to take away Emma from Eva.

She understood what Eva said that she was in no mood of entertaining Taimur's wishes. And why shouldn't she? She was married to a man who loved and adored her and was living a peaceful life.

" Hi, are you Abi's wife?" Emma asked looking at Alia.

Alia smiled at her, Taimur had taught her to call him Abi.

"Yes, Princess, and you can call me Umi, like your brothers", She replied smiling.

" I want to meet them, Abi told me he will take me to his castle, and mommy and I will live there with him", Emma said.

Alia and Eva looked at Mateo terrified, Alia didn't want a repeat of the scene at Eva's apartment. They both shared a glance as they looked at Mateo whose face had turned into stone.

"Emma, you and mommy are going to stay with daddy, your Abi will visit you", Mateo said looking at Eva with resentment.

" I want to live in a castle, I am Princess and Abi is a King", Emma said stubbornly.

They had to do something and that too soon, she knew Taimur had already started acting on his plan and he won't leave any stone unturned.

"I have already spoken with one, and he is willing to take the case, he is one of the best lawyers of the family court", Mateo said reassuring her.

Eva heaved a sigh of relief, at least she had Mateo who would do anything for her and Emma. Eva was grateful to him for this, he didn't need it to do this, Emma was not her daughter still he was ready to fight for her.

"Thanks, Matt, I can't tell you, how much this means to me", Eva replied.

"Anything for you love, I won't ever let him take Emma from us", He said with determination.

Eva knew he was telling the truth and he would do everything in his power to keep Emma with them.

"I knew it's not easy for you Matt, and I appreciate what you are doing for us. I just want to tell you that I love you and no matter what, I will always be loyal to you", She said.

"I know Eva, and trust me I won't let that bastard manipulate you into anything. I will be always there for you", Mateo said as he squeezed her hand.
