Taimur

He thought he heard someone giggle near him in his sleep, he couldn't make out whose voice it was for a few moments, when his mind was little awake he opened his eyes and looked around, Alia was sitting with Emma playing some game with her.

He smiled as he looked at them, they both looked so happy together, Taimur's was glad Emma was bonding well with Alia, he had known that already. Alia loved kids and there was no doubt that she would adore Emma, she was so much like Taimur that Alia was attracted to her naturally.

As the images from a few hours ago flashed in his mind, he felt guilty for the way he treated Alia. She did not deserve to be treated like that, she was his wife and she deserved to be treated like a queen and Taimur had always treated her like one, until she threatened to leave him.

He couldn't even bear to think of his life without Alia, she was oxygen for him and he could not live without her even for a day.

"Abi", Emma called as she saw him awake, she ran out of Alia's arms straight to him.

"Princess", He said as he pulled her on his lap.

Emma kissed him on both his cheeks and giggled when he kissed her back.

"I missed you, while you were asleep", She said with affected.

"I missed you too Princess", He replied.

He looked at Alia, who had now busy herself on her cellphone, he knew she was mad at him.

"What did you do, while I was sleeping?" He asked Emma.

"I played with Umi", She replied pointing to Alia.

Taimur looked at Alia, who was still ignoring him, he shifted Emma on the bed as he got down and walked to the bathroom to take a shower.

"I will be back in few minutes Princess", He told Emma and shut the bathroom door.

When he came out of the bathroom, both Alia and Emma were not in the room. He picked his cell from the side table and dialed Haris.

"Hey Tim", Haris said as he received the call.

"Haris did you have everything ready", He asked him.

"Yes Tim", He replied.

"Okay, just wait for my instructions, and then you could give them to the journalist", Taimur said as he disconnected the call.

He had to call Waleed, to update him about the current situation, he had already told him about Emma and the kidnapping.

Waleed was really worried about Emma and he had told him that he could ask him for anything. Taimur needed to ask him for a favor to set his plan in the action. He dialed his number and Waleed's secretary picked the call after a few minutes, he gave the cell to Waleed after hearing Taimur's voice.

"Salaam Alaikum", Taimur said.

"Walekum Salaam", He replied.

Waleed asked him about his well being and Emma, and Taimur briefed him about everything.

"I know Uncle Waleed", He said." I have spoken to the chief of the defense staff, and he is with us. We have the support of the US Government, I can assure you that you don't have to worry. You just need to put them under house arrest as soon as the files are leaked, without giving them any chance of leaving the country. Including my father", Taimur added.

"Sikander won't like this", Waleed said sighing.

"It's time, someone gave him the taste of his own medicine", Taimur replied with a smirk

He hoped Waleed will agree to his plan, it was really important for him to be on Taimur's side, without his involvement tha plan was worthless.

"I hope you know what you are doing Tim", Waleed said.

Taimur gave out the breath he was holding, finally, Waleed looked willing.

"I assure you, no slips", Taimur said in a reassuring voice.

"Okay then, leak those damn files, I will enjoy the show that's going to get started", He said in a cheerful voice.

"I bet you are gonna enjoy every minute of it", Taimur replied as he disconnected.

He asked on cloud nine, he had been trying to convince Waleed since he had found out about Emma. He was the one Taimur whom Taimur had called first thing after he knew Emma was kidnapped.

And he had asked Haris to start right the dirt on all the council members, he knew he needs to have leverage over the council to keep their mouths shut. Taimur had already had quite a lot of information about there corrupt ways he had been collecting this for years for a situation like this.

Waleed had not agreed to him at first, but Taimur had convinced him gradually.
