I was ready to hold Sabrina back and prevent her from touching Manu. Sabrina smiled as if luck had turned in her favor, and I actually thought it had, but I wouldn't let her touch a single hair on Manu's head.

"Manu..." I tried to approach, but Manu turned her head in my direction, and it was the first time she had looked at me since entering this room.

"I let you handle this your way, Flavian, and you didn't solve it. Now, we're going to do this my way, and you're not going to interfere!" Manu's voice was clearly a warning and left me completely lost, not knowing what to do. I stood there looking at Manu, and she turned back to Sabrina. "So you're the famous Sabrina? I expected more!"

"Oh, but the little girl's got guts!" Sabrina smiled mockingly. "Did you know you're sleeping with my husband, little girl?"

"Your husband?" Manu smiled and continued speaking calmly. "No, no, you're quite mistaken. He's your ex-husband. But I have to admit, you were original, because I've seen pregnancy scams, online fraud, I've even seen husbands being bought, but a divorce scam is a first."

"Look, you told the little girl, Flavian?" Sabrina taunted me. "But sweetie, it's not a scam, he's still married to me, and soon he'll get tired of you, who's just a vulgar little mistress, and come back to me."

"I'm vulgar?" Manu gave a short laugh. "I'm not the one making a scene in my underwear."

"Like what you see? I'm much more woman than you. And if you'd been five minutes later, you would have caught my husband fucking me." Sabrina disgusted me; it was unpleasant to hear her speak so vulgarly. "You know, little girl, he just needs to fuck me again to remember how much he likes my body and come running back to me."

"Oh, I doubt that! He doesn't seem very excited to see you in your intimate apparel. Trust me, I know what he looks like when he's turned on." Manu responded confidently and full of herself, which filled me with pride. "But let me tell you, your divorce scam won't last much longer, after all, the hearing is coming up, and then your divorce will be on paper again. But everyone here knows the reality, right?! The reality is that this divorce was finalized seven years ago, and that paper you're so proudly waving around, saying the divorce decree was revoked, it's nothing but a lie, a scheme to hold onto a man who doesn't want you anymore. Your behavior is so desperate that I actually feel sorry for you."

Manu seemed to know everything, and I was surprised. I glanced at Patrick, and he signaled me as if saying "save the questions for later."

"Well, look at this little minx, all in the know. You almost seem intelligent! So, I'll give you some advice - stay out of my way because his parents, sweetie, support me, and they'll make your life hell until Flavian leaves you." Sabrina was too confident, but Manu remained unfazed.

"That's none of your business anymore. Now, put your rags on and get out of my house because this is my house!" Manu spoke with authority.

"You have nothing here, you little tramp!" Sabrina laughed and stretched out her arm trying to strike Manu, who grabbed Sabrina's wrist and spun like a dance move, raised her elbow, and hit Sabrina's chin with full force. While Sabrina bent over from the pain in her jaw, Manu, still holding her wrist, pulled her and kicked her in the stomach. Sabrina fell to the ground, and all of us watching the scene were jaw-dropped.

"Please, put your little rags on and get out! I can't stand people like you, a trashy drama queen who thinks the world bows to her because she knows how to yell." Manu spoke with such majesty that she looked like a queen delivering a verdict to a disloyal subject.

"You kiddie pool lifeguard, I'll destroy you." Sabrina got up angrily and charged at Manu, who simply ducked and swept Sabrina's legs, making her fall to the ground again.

"I won't fight with you!" Manu declared. "But I can't speak for Melissa. Take my advice - get dressed, leave here pretending you have a shred of dignity left, keep that pretty face of yours intact, and when the hearing comes, accept this divorce and go find a rich old man to scam while you're still somewhat pretty, dear, because everything's about to go downhill."
