Lethal Weapon novel Chapter 10

Read Lethal Weapon Chapter 10 - the best manga of 2020

Of the Saya stories I have ever read, perhaps the most impressive one is Lethal Weapon. The story is too good, leaving me with many doubts. Currently, the manga has been translated to Chapter 10. Let's read the author's Lethal Weapon Saya story right here.

The next night, Lily became sick. She was laying in the human's arms in the library when the elder noticed how warm the child's forehead was. Zane panicked and called the wolf who was in the gym. The younger man ran inside the room and saw Zane holding his daughter who seemed sleepy. Siddarth touched his daughter's hand and felt it burn his cold one. He tried to hold the little girl but she whined, cuddling closer to the human.

"Come." The wolf said while grabbing the human's arm.

Zane held the child in his embrace as the wolf lead him out of the room. "W-Where?"

"Clinic." The wolf had no choice but to take the elder along. Lily wasn't letting go of the other and he needed his daughter to get her checkup as soon as possible. They quickly wore shoes and rushed out of the house.

Due to the roads being empty, the ride to the clinic took only ten minutes. The human was in the passenger seat with the child sitting on his lap, hugging him tightly. Siddarth parked the car and opened the door for Zane. The human got out and followed the beast into a small health clinic that was open despite the time. Siddarth quickly checked in and filled out his daughter's information. Five minutes later, they were led to a small room and the human gently laid the little girl on the bed. Lily opened her eyes and held the human's hand.

"Kitty, I don't feel good." The elder ran a hand in the girl's hair.

"You will be okay, Lily." He said and the child nodded. Lily looked at Siddarth and raised her tiny hand. The wolf put his hand forward and watched his daughter's hand cling to his finger.

"Daddy, I'm scared." She pouted with tears in her eyes.

Siddarth wiped the tears away and left a soft kiss on his child's head. "I'll always keep you safe."

His daughter nodded and her eyes began to drop again. The wolf didn't let her fall asleep though. Moments later, a young doctor walked in and stood on the other side of the bed. Siddarth felt worried but his blank face didn't show that emotion. The female doctor checked on Lily who didn't let go of her father's hand. Zane was about to wait outside but the little girl didn't let him move. The beast and angel watched as the woman checked the child's breathing. Lily looked at the doctor nervously and Siddarth tugged on her hand gently. The doctor finished her checkup and handed the child candy. She turned to Zane and Siddarth and began talking.

"Lily is a four-year-old cub and it's common for wolf cubs to have slight fevers. It is nothing too serious but I have a shot that will help her feel better." Lily's eyes widened and Zane noticed it. The little girl was afraid of needles.

"No s-shots." The little girl protested as tears filled her bunny eyes. The doctor nodded at the wolf while getting the injection ready. The beast sat down on the bed and lifted his daughter into his arms.

"Daddy, I don't want o-one."

"How will you get better?" The wolf asked with a soft voice and his daughter's eyes went back to the needle.
