Regina definitely wasn't stupid. She had Henry completely wrapped around her fingers. She could sense my anger and knew I genuinely wanted her dead.

Her entire body trembled uncontrollably with fear.

"Emilia, don't be reckless," she said. "Please, don't. Murder is illegal, and think about your grandma. Do you really want something to happen to her?

"Please calm down. I'll go with you to see your dad and try to change his mind," she continued pleading. "There's no need to get this angry over someone who's already dying."

She grabbed the hem of my pants with her other hand as she begged for her life.

"Dying?" I looked at her and let out a cold laugh. "You're supposedly in the final stage of heart disease and would die without a transplant. But I just kicked you hard in the chest, and you're totally fine.

"You also still have the strength to beg me. Looks like you're not dying anytime soon. Even if Henry drops dead, you might still be alive and kicking."

My words made her already pale face turn even paler.

I released her hand from under my foot, then kicked her twice more before ordering someone to knock her out and drag her onto the plane.

As I watched her being hauled onto the plane, my expression grew even darker. She was fine after taking a kick like that. She definitely didn't have a heart disease at all.

But according to Henry and everything I found, she supposedly had a serious heart condition. So if she didn't, why was she so insistent that Henry find her a heart for transplant?

She knew how dangerous it would be to threaten us, so she wouldn't have wanted to take that risk.
