Of the Zora Pradeep stories I have ever read, perhaps the most impressive one is Mr. CEO Your Wife Has Wanted a Divorce for a Long Time. The story is too good, leaving me with many doubts. Currently, the manga has been translated to Divorce Long 105. Let's read the author's Mr. CEO Your Wife Has Wanted a Divorce for a Long Time Zora Pradeep story right here.
Chapter 105
Isabella didn’t want the bodyguard to accompany her.
She pouted unhappily and clung to Maggie, acting coquettishly, “Mom…”
In the past, this trick always worked. Maggie couldn’t resist her acts of cuteness.
She had expected Maggie to give in, but this time, Maggie gently pushed her away and said, “Mom really has something to do.
‘ll do it next time.”
Seeing that Maggie was firm and had even furrowed her brow, her little tantrum didn’t work. Isabella finally assumed that Maggie’s matter was very important and reluctantly agreed, “Alright then…”
After instructing the bodyguard to take good care of Isabella, Maggie got into the car, opened the navigation, and headed to an antique market she hadn’t visited before, which was a bit farther away.
After browsing for a long time, she finally found a set of four rare and precious traditional scholar’s tools made from exquisite
materials.
At first glance, she was captivated by it and immediately spent over ten million dollars to purchase it.
Although this set of scholar’s tools only cost a little over 5 million, which was far less than the embroidered scroll and the emerald jewelry she had previously considered,
she knew her grandmother well enough to understand that this set of tools would be far more to her liking than the other two
items.
As she gently stroked the special–textured paper and the fine ink brushes carved from precious ancient wood, Maggie could already imagine the surprise and delight on her grandmother’s face when she received this gift.
Yes, this set of scholar’s tools was the birthday gift she had personally chosen for her grandmother.
As for the ones Franklin had bought-
Just as she was thinking about this, her phone rang, and it was Jessica calling.
“Jessie?”
“Sorry, Mag, I have to go out of town tomorrow for something. I won’t be able to go with you to pick out a birthday gift for your grandmother,” Jessica apologized.
“It’s alright, I’ve already bought it,” Maggie replied with a soft smile.
She hadn’t planned to come to this antique shop today. Originally, she had just wanted to try her luck here and, if nothing suitable was found, she would have gone with Jessica to other places tomorrow.
She hadn’t expected to actually find something that caught her eye.
“Really? That’s great!” Jessica exclaimed in surprise.

Maggie smiled lightly. “Mm.”
Just as they were talking, Jessica suddenly added, “By the way, Mag, you mentioned you saw the Brown family a few days ago.
I did a little digging for you. The Brown family is indeed planning to settle in the capital. I’ve heard they’ve been looking at houses recently.”
At the mention of the Brown family, Maggie’s smile faded slightly. “I see. Thanks for letting me know.”
“As for Julia’s side of the family, I heard they’ve already picked out a place. They’ll be moving in soon, and it seems like they’re already sending out invitations for a housewarming party,” Jessica continued.
“Got it,” Maggie replied calmly.
After hanging up, she drove back to the city.
Next week would be her grandmother’s birthday..
On Sunday, she went back to the Miller family house with Isabella and discussed the details of the party with her parents, Jason and his wife.
Franklin wasn’t coming back that weekend, so Maggie stayed at the villa.
He would only return on Tuesday.
For the next few days, she probably wouldn’t be going back there. After all, Franklin had placed the gift boxes on her vanity, thinking she might give them to her grandmother on the actual birthday.
Upon seeing the contents, she realized he expected her to do so.
So, when she left, she made sure to take the two boxes with her.
After sending Isabella to school, Maggie returned to the office.
Cole had to work on three or four new projects at once, and with the new week, both she and Johnny became even busier.
Franklin likely had returned on schedule, as Isabella hadn’t called her over the next few days.
On Wednesday evening, Maggie and Johnny were having dinner with a client outside.
As they were about to enter the private room, they saw Franklin and Julia, along with Logan and Mrs. Brown.
This time, Mrs. Brown and Julia’s mother, Janice, had both arrived in the capital. Franklin, being a prospective son–in–law, was clearly showing his respect.
He had only just returned from a business trip yesterday, and today, he had specifically taken time out to have dinner with
them.
He was still so attentive when it came to Julia’s matters.
The last time, Mrs. Brown and the others hadn’t noticed her, but this time, both Mrs. Brown and Logan saw her.

They all paused, as if about to say something, but perhaps because Franklin was present, none of them spoke up.
As for Julia and Franklin, due to their positions, they didn’t see her.
Maggie withdrew her gaze with no expression, then turned and left.
Mrs. Brown and the others did not follow.
Over an hour later, after finishing their meal, Maggie and Johnny were leaving the restaurant when they saw Julia and the others again.
ry were in the parking lot, preparing to leave.
However, Franklin wasn’t there, so it seemed he had already left.
Maggie and Johnny hadn’t reacted yet when their client, Mr. Felton, saw Julia and the others and walked over enthusiastically.
“Miss Brown, Mr. Brown,” Mr. Felton greeted them warmly.

Alguém saberia dizer o que houve com o livro, sem atualização a tempos...
Nada de episódio novo?...
Does the book stop? When are we going to get a new chapter?...
Olá, A história parou no capítulo 288? O nome do livro me gerou mais expectativas, quando ela realmente vai desprezar os dois e brilhar???...
Everytime I read new updates I am hoping to see Maggie completely moving on with her life not always checking where Franklin is up to with Julia. I think everyone reading this story by now understand that Franklin doesn't care about Julia. So what is the point of always pointing out how indifferent Franklin is to Maggie and how attentive he is towards Julia....
What does Helen mean Maggie is still married? Married to whom? Franklin has made it clear that he doesn't consider her anything and is flaunting his relationship with Julia for anyone who has eyes to witness it.So Maggie should wait for the divorce to be finalized to date. Isn't that double standards. And Franklin is dragging the divorce deliberately since divorced or not he does what he wants without any consequences. Really women are emotionally oppressed even authors only know that point of view 😕...
I feel sad for Maggie and all married women who have to endure emotional abuse with no end in sight. By the look of it,Franklin doesn't want to divorce Maggie for whatever reason. Either the reason is good or bad, Maggie shouldn't be humiliated like this just because she loves him. And the grandmother should be helping her get a divorce not emotionally blackmailing her, if she really cared about her. Franklin is using Maggie's love for the grandmother to abuse her. Is really loving people wrong? Author this one-sided hurt is not right. Let Maggie move on with dignity. It shouldn't end up with Franklin professing his love for her and her accepting it....
