By Sunday afternoon, Maggie planned to have dinner and head back home.

“Mag. I called Frank this morning and asked him to come to the resort tonight to pick you up. Has he contacted you?”

They had agreed to come together to the hot spring resort, but Franklin had yet to show up, and he hadn’t even called her. 

Not only that, Isabella also hadn’t contacted her after sneaking off the day before.

It was a call from Jessica

“You know that charity gala I had to attend today? Well, I ran into your worthless father arid Julia there!” 

“Just now, at the event, a girl started calling Julia a bitch and accused her of stealing her fiance. She threw a glass of red wine on Julia, and the scene got pretty ugly.

Maggie froze for a moment, and then heard Jessica gritting her teeth as she continued, 

“This was a charity gala with an all–star lineup, live streamed too. Though Julia and her crew aren’t exactly big stars, when your husband showed up to support her and took her away, that moment was caught on camera and broadcast live- 

Jessica sent her the live–stream video. 

Maggie opened it. 

The gala had some performances, loud and chaotic, and the camera angle was too far, making it hard to hear what was being said. 

However, the video clearly captured the scene where the girl approached Julia, argued with her, and poured red wine over her. 

Then, the girl’s fiance arrived and tried to stop the girl, leading to a heated argument.
