Cedric was in a meeting when his phone lit up, and a familiar avatar popped up. He lowered his head and opened the chat, seeing the question mark she had sent.

His lips curved as he replied, "How's the plaster working?"

Noelle didn't expect him to reply so quickly. She immediately replied, "It works pretty well. Where did you get it from?"

"I'll give you more once it's finished. Get some rest."

Noelle saw his response and wondered if he really didn't understand what she meant. Cedric didn't answer her question.

She replied with a series of ellipses, but he didn't reply this time. She tossed her phone aside and decided not to bother with him anymore.

On the weekend, the finals were held at the stadium.

Noelle and the team members from the base headed to the venue together.

The tickets had been sent out in advance, and they were to meet inside the stadium.

While sitting in the taxi, Noelle posted a photo of the tickets on her Instagram, captioning it, "Off to watch the game."

In her past life, she had personally participated in this very game, but it left a lasting impression on her. Thankfully, Lucas' team didn't have a chance to compete this time, so Xenia couldn't steal her spot.

She and Grace were outside greeting the club members. Two senior students had entered early to take headcounts. As the match drew closer, the crowd outside started to thin out.

Noelle was about to enter when she saw members of the Liddell family getting out of a car. Xenia was walking beside Donovan. When Noelle saw them, the corner of her mouth lifted in a cold smile, and she turned to walk toward the stadium.
