Frank's eyes seemed to yearn for something. "I'm begging you. Just do it for our parents. It's the only thing they left behind."

Noelle looked down. Her parents were her biggest weaknesses.

She looked up at Donovan and said, "I can help fix it. However, you must apologize for what you said. You accused me of something I hadn't done."

Donovan was still pissed. There was no way he was apologizing!

Frank went over to coach him into doing it. In a low voice, he said, "Donovan, this is not the time to exert your dominance. Noelle is our sister. We're family. There's nothing wrong with giving in from time to time. You even carried her on your back when we were kids. Have you forgotten?"

Donovan recalled what happened in their youth. Back then, he pampered Noelle. She was his only sister. He wanted to give her the best things in the world. Thus, when he made his first profit off the company, he bought an antique tiara just because Noelle said she liked it.

When had all of that changed?

Donovan looked down and ruminated on it. He said stiffly, "I blamed you for hacking into our company without getting the facts straight. I shouldn't have done that."

Upon hearing this, Noelle remarked, "What a rare occasion to hear you apologize."

Donovan had always played the role of their parent in the family. He worked tirelessly and had to suppress his temper outside. When he came home, he didn't treat his family with patience. He was nice to everyone and left the worst part of himself to his family.

She had never seen Donovan give in to anyone.

Frank said hurriedly, "Noelle, look. Donovan apologized already. Shouldn't you lend a hand? This is our parents' company."

"I know. I don't need you to remind me about it."

Noelle sat in front of the computer. Her hands flew across the keyboard as she coded.

After a while, all the websites of the Liddell Corporation were up running.

Donovan asked gravely, "How much confidential information leaked?"

"A lot. However, the confidential information is still there."

She glanced at it before backing out.
