He looked at me surprised that I figured out who the said 'Bastard' was.

''That sonofabitch won't harm you love. I swear'' His eyes were serious.

I nodded my head at him and hugged him. I'm safe here. He can't hurt me again. Jason is here.

''To protect you, I'll need you to stay with me at all times. You won't stay alone and I'll have some pack guards follow you everywhere you go'' He said with all seriousness.

Great! Back to square one. Just what I need.

''Is that really necessary. I mean I'm in your pack and my uncle is not here'' I don't even know the point I'm trying to make, I just want him to remove that rule.

''No. That bastard won't get you. You'll stay with me every fucking minute of the day''.

Okay! That's final.

I sighed and hugged him tighter. We will be fine one day. Free from all these troubles. One day.

We stayed like that for a long time with Jason muttering 'I'll protect you' over and over again. When my brain finally came back from it's journey of thoughts, my eyes focused back on the office. I quickly moved away from his embrace and looked at Jason with angry eyes.

''Jason you don't break things, I mean, destroy things because you are mad. I know you can't help it, but you just wasted a lot of things. Do you know that most people don't have these stuff that you damaged?'' I rambled. I don't like when things waste because I've lived in abject poverty before I met Jason. So I understand that not everyone has these things.

Jason looked at me, then round the room. His eyes went big as if he was just seeing it for the first Time.

''I'm sorry love. I can't help it, I've always been like this, but I'll try for you'' He reassured. I relaxed at his words. He'll try for me. I love that.

I nodded my head at him and bent down to start arranging things, but stopped when I felt Jason's hand on my arm.

''Yes?'' I looked up at him.

He paused his lips and looked at me as if contemplating if he should say what he wants to say or not.

''Listen love. Listen very carefully okay'' He said with all seriousness.

I nodded my head and focused all my attention on him. What's wrong again?

''I don't care if you are mad, upset or angry at me. I don't want you to call me Jason, again. My name is Jay or baby or sweetheart or, or whatever name you want to call me, okay?'' He said, he was not smiling at all.

I looked at him in shock. I don't know if I should laugh or just shake my head.

''But that's your name'' I said with a small laugh.

''Yeah. It's my name to everybody, but not to you'' He said with a small frown.

''Answer me love, just tell me you understand. That's all''

''I understand'' I replied, still smiling.

''Say it like you mean it, love''

''I understand, Jay''

That got a smile out of him and his smile made me happy.

I was picking up some files when someone knocked on the door and when Jason said 'enter', Andrew came in.

I turned to face the door and BFG entered, all smiles and my heart broke to pieces again.

'Hi Ken, oh my God. What happened here?' He mind linked, waving his hands and looking round the room in shock. I think he said something to Jason too because Jason nodded his head.

I tried to smile at him and maybe reply back, but it was kind of hard.

''Hi. How are you?'' I managed to ask, ignoring his question about the office. I think he knew something was wrong because his face changed.

'Um, I'm okay. Is something wrong?' He asked, worried.

What do I say?

I looked to Jason for help and Jason nodded his head at me.

''Um,your parents are here'' He blurted out.

Great! Way to go, Jason. Just rip the bandage off.

I elbowed him in his side, hard and he winced.

I looked at BFG to see his face whiter than normal. His hands were shaking and he almost wobbled over if Jason hadn't rushed to his side and held him up.

My vision blurred as tears rolled down my cheeks. Fudge! Where is Jasmine when you need her?

'Jasmine, where are you?' I mind linked her.
