'Hi to you too and I'm almost in my room. Why?' She replied.

'Can you come to Jason's office. It's urgent. Caleb is here too' I rambled at once.

'Calm down. What's wrong. Is Caleb sick? He didn't tell me' She asked, very worried.

'Um, no he's not sick. He's, uh,he's parents are here'

I heard a very loud growl from outside and I knew it was Jasmine.

'Jasmine'

'Jasmine!' I called again, but hot no reply.

Oh my gosh! Let it not be that she went in search of them.

'Jasmine, don't go there. Caleb needs you. He's not doing so well' Please don't go there yet.

I looked at BFG to see him almost wheezing, but there was no sound. Jasmine where are you?

She must've ran all the way here because the door opened with a loud bang, it was barely hanging to it's hinges.

Jason huffed and looked at the door, but kept quiet. They'll have to repair that one with others.

Jasmine ran to BFG and hugged him to her chest. He buried his face in her neck and breathed in. Jasmine started whispering something to him and I could only hear stuff like 'I'm here for you' and 'I love you', 'they can't hurt you anymore'.

I wiped my tears as I looked at them. Fudge! I want that to be me and Jason one day.

Ten minutes later, Caleb was already breathing fine, but his face was still buried in Jasmine's neck.

He raised his head and looked at Jasmine when she whispered something to him. Jasmine wiped his face with her palms. She whispered something to BFG again and he nodded his head, while wiping off the tear stains from her face.

They both turned to look at me and Jason and Jasmine spoke. Her eyes were bloodshot red and her face was kind of red too.

''He,uh, he'll see them, but he's not going with them'' She said.

I won't let him go too. Jason nodded his head and looked at BFG.

''Can I speak with you for a few minutes?''

BFG nodded his head and they both started mind linking. I pulled Jasmine to the side and embraced her.

''Are you okay?'' I asked as she placed her head on my chest.

''I don't know'' Her voice broke. ''I don't know how to help him, Ken''

''Hey. You've helped him already. Just be stay with him and hold his hands. We will show those bastards that we are his family and we love him'' I told her with anger in my voice.

''Yeah. We can do that'' She raised up her head and her upper lip twitched a little.

I needed her to smile even if it was a little, so I did something I told her something even when I knew that she'd tease me.

''I kissed Jason'' I blurted out with a blush.

Jasmine froze and looked at me. Then she smiled and started squealing a little.

''No way! You did? Oh my gosh. I'm so happy for you'' She rambled, her smile so big.

Mission accomplished. I high-fived myself in my mind.

''He is my son'' The woman spoke this time.

I got so angry and forgot Jason's warnings.

''Listen here bitch,you don't come here and claim that he's your son after you abandoned him and left him to die. Oh! don't forget about making him loose his voice. You two are bastards and you don't deserve him. Caleb has a family now. We all are his family. You can't come here and take him away from us just like that. My brother stays here'' I shouted with anger, breathing fast.

Everywhere was quiet for like five minutes. I turned to see Jason, Jasmine and BFG staring at me with shock.

''What's wrong?'' I asked them, confused.

Jason cleared his throat and looked as if he was holding his smile. He turned to BFG's former parents who were looking at me with anger.

''Your son does not want anything to go with you people. Like my MATE said, we are his family and we don't abandon family rather we protect and love 'em. You can go and please don't come back again. Your son is not here'' Jason said and turned to leave.

BFG looked at them for some seconds then he held Jasmine's hand and walked away and I followed them.

As we got into Jason's office. Jasmine bursted into laughter.

''Oh my gosh, Ken. I didn't expect that out there and please don't swear again''. She said while laughing.

I swore? I swore!

BFG came to me and hugged me to his chest.

'Thanks for what you did,sis. I love you too' He mind linked.

That made me tear up and I hugged him back. It wasn't even up to 30 secs when Jason dragged me from BFG.
