Rejected Mate novel Chapter 14

I sit on my bed and just think about earlier, hazyns wolf took control and kissed me, what the hell.

"knock knock" I hear someone whisper from the doorway, I look up and notice ben staring at me concerned.

"come in" I smile sadly making him nod.

"what happened, I saw hazyn rush out of here like a mad man earlier" he questions making me laugh.

"oh you know, he told me I wasn't allowed to leave the house then his wolf took control and kissed me" I laugh out making bens eyes widen.

"he kissed you?" ben cries out, making me nod my head in a yes he did type of manner.

"what is up with him, wolves don't normally take control to kiss a she-wolf who is not their mate, yes his is dead, and yours rejected you, but that's not the same, how could he do that besides you are you" ben rants making me grab my chest in a fake mocking manner.

"that hurt, get out" I hiss, it didn't actually but to hear those words come out of his mouth did hit a nerve, am I that bad? I know wolves don't normally do that but come on what's so wrong about kissing me?

I curl up on the bed and fall back asleep not sure what else to do since I'm not allowed out of the house which does suck because fresh air would be nice and I'm too lazy to open the window up.

"Who are you" the female at the door questions, she has long wavy blonde hair, she is stick thin and just overly gorgeous, this must be hazyns hook up of the night I am confused about how she doesn't know who I am through.

"I'm Erika, can I help you?" I question with an eyebrow raised

"I'm looking for haz, I mean the alpha" she smiles, I know she went to say hazyn, so I smile.

"hazyn is in his room" I smile making her look at me in pure shock that I am allowed to call him by his first name since very select few people are allowed to, before long she stalks off towards our room to go and find him.
