Running back to the party in a hurry with Hazyn by my side, I notice the pack crowded around someone laying on the ground.

“What’s going on?” I question, rushing forwards into the crowd only to notice carol, the pack doctor laying on the ground, passed out.

“We need some help here, Meagan. Would you mind going and getting a wet cloth” I call out, not knowing where exactly she is in the swarm of people?

“Here”, Meagan almost immediately responds, handing me a damp face Cloth which I directly place onto her forehead.

“She will be okay until someone can fully check her over; just by my quick check over, it seems she’s passed out, so should be up any second; once she’s up, I will need some people to take her to the medical ward and get someone to check her over to see what caused the issue” I call out before stepping back so that she has room to breathe.

“What happened” carol grumbles out, opening her eyes looking around at us.

“But why? You do an amazing job with the pack, so why step down?” I question confused

“You are built for this being a true were, and all, plus I still would rule just as Luna; you proved you are the right leader for us with how you immediately heard the crash and swooped in ordering everyone to help and making sure she’s okay, and I can hear you trying to work out what caused it even with us talking right now which just proves my point that you are the perfect fit” Hazyn smiles before kissing me gently.

“We still have to announce it to the pack, but I have already had people come up and tell you that you are doing such an amazing job with the pack that they are proud to have you as a leader of them; there is also a lot of fine and annoying details to go over; pack travel plans for alliances and all of that, but we can work it out over time, but for now we have had enough excitement for one day, I think it’s time to retire to bed” Hazyn quickly pushes out before sweeping me up off my feet and rushing off towards the bedroom.
