"Margaret, do you understand what you did wrong?"

Margaret, teetering on the edge of excruciating pain and death, felt blood pooling in her mouth.

Finally, the pain overwhelmed her, and Margaret's eyelids drooped in surrender. "I understand..." she murmured weakly.

A twisted smirk tugged at the corners of William's lips, as his face softened slightly. He brought the cancer medication to her lips, but just as Margaret opened her mouth to take it, he pushed it back slightly.

William's tone turned soft but insistent. "Margaret, tell me you love me. Swear you’ll never leave me, not in this life."

In her agony, the blood in Margaret's mouth flowed more freely. Her mind was a blur from the pain, and a bitter smile formed at the corner of her lips. "William, even if I say it, would you believe me?"

William's expression darkened immediately. He grabbed her chin firmly. "Say it. If you don't, you won't get the medication."

The bone-crushing pain surged again, and tears streamed down Margaret's face. Her body trembled in despair. "William, I love you... I will never leave..." she managed to choke out, completely defeated.

William watched her, his heart torn at the sight of her suffering. Every word she said was exactly what he wanted to hear, yet hearing it from her lips like this caused a sharp pang in his chest.

His jaw clenched tightly as he forced the medication into her mouth. As she swallowed, he pounced on her lips with a frantic, desperate kiss, his eyes wild with need.

"Margaret, I love you too. Everything I’ve done, it’s all because I’m afraid of losing you. I love you so much..." His voice trembled with a twisted kind of devotion.

Margaret was barely conscious at this point, too weak to resist his advances. While her body was powerless to fight him, her hatred for William burned more fiercely than ever.

Since Margaret had given in this time, William seemed to have found her weakness. Gone were the days when he tried to please her or begged for her forgiveness. Now, he used the cancer medication to manipulate her.

Every time she defied him, he made her endure the agonizing pain of bone cancer. Only when she was on the brink of despair would he show her mercy, shoving the pills in her mouth and whispering sweet, possessive words, "Margaret, it hurts me to see you suffer. My heart is already broken... Please be good for me."
