After hearing that, Anastasia fell silent for a long time.

A woman’s sixth sense was actually very accurate. Moreover, she knew Kimberly well.

“Do you like Jason?” Anastasia did not want to be estranged from her best friend.

As soon as Anastasia heard that, she chuckled helplessly. “You scared me. At first, I thought you disliked Jason.” After a long silence, Anastasia spoke again. “Jason is definitely a good person.”

“Except for his somewhat lacking family background, he is perfect, especially in terms of his physique. He participated in a swimming competition at school wearing nothing but his swim trunks. His physique is amazing!” Kimberly nearly drooled.

Anastasia just smiled, recalling the time she bumped into Jason’s embrace during their reunion in Atharia.

“You and Jason would make a good couple if Alastor did not get in the way. I can tell he likes you.” Kimberly sighed.

Anastasia shook her head. “I’m not worthy of him.”

She didn’t even know how much time she had left.

“You do not have to overthink things, Anastasia.” Kimberly parked her car in front of the hotel. “You simply think too much. You should live every day as if it were your last. Regardless of whether the person you love reciprocates your feelings, the first thing you must do is love yourself.”

Anastasia looked at Kimberly in a daze and nodded. “You’re right.”

Despite having lived for so long, she felt she had not gained much wisdom or clarity in her life.

She had never truly loved herself in those years, which may have contributed to her developing cancer at such a young age.

Indeed, it was time for a change in lifestyle.

For the rest of her life, she promised to love herself properly.

After changing into her dress, Anastasia casually tied up her hair and applied some lipstick before getting out of the car.

Kimberly was a bit worried and waited outside for a while. She only left after Anastasia entered the venue.
