"Two rooms?" They all chorused.

"Yes" the receptionist replied.

"What are we going to do now?" Shane asked as he looked at everyone's faces.

Mindy sighed. "I have no idea."

"Kelvin, what are you going to say?" Shane asked.

"I don't know." He replied.

"Maybe we should check into another hotel." Mindy suggested.

"Oh" Shane replied, shaked his head several times and looked at the receptionist. "The nearest hotel to this place is how many hours away?"

"Two hours away." she replied.

"Two hours away!!?" they chorused.

"Yes." she replied.

"That is too far away." Mindy said frustratedly. "What are we going to do now?"

Shane sighed and checked his wristwatch which was on 8:16pm.

An hotel that was two hours away from this one was definitely out of the option.

Shane looked at Kelvin and said" Kelvin, why don't you guys share a room together. Just for tonight."

"That ain't happening." Kelvin said the same time Alisha shouted "We can't!"

"Just for tonight." Shane said.

"Why don't we do it this way" Kelvin stepped in. "You and me. Mindy and her."

"No. No." Mindy said. "I'm not going to sleep without this guy by my side."

"Mindy." Alisha called.

Mindy looked at her and said "I'm sorry but I can't. The only option here is you guys sharing a room together."

Alisha looked at Kelvin who looked away from her immediately.

"Okay." Kelvin said with a shrug. "Just for tonight."

Alisha's eyes widened in shock, she hadn't been expecting that reply from Kelvin.

"Thank you." Shane said with relief and booked their rooms.

After taking there bags to the room, they all headed to the bar, had some drinks and chatted.

"Goodnight" Mindy said to Alisha with a hug.

They all exchanged 'goodnight' before heading into their various rooms.

"Do you think it's going to work?" Mindy said worriedly to Shane once they were inside their room.

"Absolutely. They still love each other. I can feel it."

After showering and changing into his briefs which was the only material that he had came with because he hadn't expected things to turn out this way, he stepped out of the restroom and still found Alisha standing in the middle of the room where he had left her earlier with her hands folded.

"Why are you still standing there?" He asked.

"Because...I don't know how we're going to sleep tonight."

"We're both sleeping on the bed. There is no way one of us is sleeping on the couch after that long journey."

Alisha looked at Kelvin who was standing in his briefs alone, looked at the bed and started imagining how easily things could go wrong.

"Go and change." Kelvin's voice broke into her thoughts.

"Okay." she replied and walked inside the closet.

She opened her bag and wanted to bring out her pyjamas but couldn't find it.

"The devil is a liar" she muttered as she dug deeper into the bag but still couldn't find it.

How could it not? Mindy packed it in front of me. She thought as she poured out the whole content inside her bag in search for her pyjamas which was no where to be found.

She finally gave up and took out one of the skimpy clothes.

"Woah! Woah! Woah!" Kelvin said the moment Alisha stepped inside the room. "There's no way you're sleeping next to me with that on you."

"It's either you accept this or my nakedness next to you. I didn't come with my pyjamas "

Kelvin breath out heavily through his mouth as he stylishly checked her out.

"Okay." he said and watched as Alisha walked to the bed and slept next to him.

After contemplating for some minutes, Kelvin spoke. "What have you been up to lately?"

"General stuffs" Alisha replied self-consciously.

"It's been a long time. You're looking great."
