Even after all these years, one of the owners, Nadia Glover, recognized willow right away. 

She set down the plate and came over to greet Willow, “Ms. Sanford, you haven’t changed at all after many years! By the way, you and Mr. Carter-” 

Only then did Nadia notice that the person sitting opposite Willow wasn’t Zayn, but another handsome man 

She had seen many things in life and had vast life experience. Looking at the scene, she naturally guessed that Willow and Zayn had broken up long ago. 

Perhaps the man in front of her was Willow’s new boyfriend.

Nadia assumed Willow and Zayn were a good match back then. She expected this young couple to last forever, so she was surprised to know they had split up. 

She sighed at their bad ending. But then, she smiled enthusiastically and turned to look at lan. “Young man, you’re so lucky to have Ms. Sanford as your girlfriend! She was the most beautiful and well–behaved girl in high school here!” 

“Yes, I’m indeed lucky,” an echoed. His indifferent expression revealed a rare touch of warmth, making him radiate an aura of gentleness. 

Willow almost choked. He echoed Nadia as if admitting he was her boyfriend. But there was no relationship between them! 

“You’re so lucky!” Nadia exclaimed again. When she raised her head, she noticed Zayn standing at the restaurant’s entrance. 

He always looked attractive. When he stood at the door, half obscured by hazy light, he resembled a deity 

It was just that this deity seemed cold and hostile, which made her nervous. 

Nadia was startled and glanced at an opposite Willow, then at Zayn. It appeared that Zayn was going to cause trouble. For a moment, she couldn’t figure out what was going on. Just as she was about to tell Willow that Zayn arrived, her husband called her over to help him, so she hurried to the kitchen. 

Willow and lan didn’t notice Zayn’s arrival. Her mind was filled with lan’s comment about how lucky he was..
