Willow had nearly accepted that the villa’s gates would stay shut tonight. But suddenly, the grand entrance was opened

The butler, Arthur, stood at the entrance, his expression impassive. “Come in.”

“Thank you!” Willow exclaimed, her joy overflowing as she stumbled inside. However, her smile barely lasted two seconds before falling back into a bitter frown

“Ms. Sanford, when you see Ms. Skyler, be sure to thank her! Mr. Carter said he wouldn’t allow dogs in because they bite. However, Ms. Skyler pleaded on your behalf, and he relented.”

Arthur continued, “Ms. Sanford, have some decency. Don’t disturb others in the middle of the night! Mr. Carter said seeing you makes him sick for days, and tonight will be no different!”

Willow heard little else Arthur said as her mind was consumed by one thought–Skyler was here. Of course, Zayn had divorced her to marry Skyler. They were so in love, how could they not live together?

Casting a cold gaze upon Skyler, Willow demanded, “Skyler, I need to see Zayn!”
