Rolling to the soft mattress I was lying on, I slowly opened my eyes. Just to be welcomed by an unfamiliar ceiling. Wait? Is this my room? My eyes instantly widened. And glanced at my dress, I sighed in relief when I noticed that I’m still wearing the same dress last night. But wait…

The last time I remember I was in the Coleman Empire, and that monster was in front of me before everything went black. Quickly roaming my eyes on the whole room, I was amazed a bit when I was surrounded by a transparent wall and the buildings can be seen from here. No Jada, this isn’t the time to appreciate this, you’re not in your room.

I was about to stand up when I noticed that my left hand was locked on the bed’s frame. What the f*ck?

But my gaze shifted to the table just a bit distance from me, the key was on top of it. How stupid he is?

I tried to reach for the key using my right hand but it was still distant. Then an idea pops into my head, I smiled mischievously and flexed my body extending my long legs to reach the table. It didn’t even give me sweats as I slowly unlocked the chains. I wrapped myself up and didn’t waste any more time to escape.

“What the f*ck Kendra! I’m telling you he’s a monster!” I growled over to the phone in front of me.

“Okay, Jada please be calm.”

“There’s no way I’ll be calm here Kendra! He almost kills me!” I roared.

“I’m telling you if I got myself killed by him, you’ll be the first one my ghost will visit!” I added.

“Alright, I’m sorry okay? What’s important now is you’re safe and you’re in your mansion already right?” She asked.

I rolled my eyes even she cannot see it.

“Have you lured him?” She asked. Then suddenly I remembered our deal, of right Jada, you just lost your Bugatti.

“Of course not! He’s a demon Kendra!” I shot back.

Hearing her chuckles made me regret what I’ve said. I should’ve just said that I successfully lured him. After all, I risked my life on it. Well, I can’t take it all back. I lay on my mattress lifelessly thinking about my upcoming race next week.

“It’s alright Jada, there will be next time.” She commented.

My brows instantly furrowed.

“That will never happen again!” I growled.

“But tell me, he’s freaking handsome right?” She asked. Yeah he is, no lies on it. But it won’t still change my hate over him.

“No,” I replied instead.

“Oh c’mon Jada, that’s impossible. He’s a God-looking one.” She replied.

“You know what, just shut up. I don’t want my day to be ruined by him.”

“Fine, I have to hang up now anyway, my shoot will start. Bye!” She exclaimed before I heard the call end.

I stared at my ceiling for a couple of minutes before I decided to stand up. I quickly took a short cold shower and wore my black jacket and shorts. Making my hair in a messy bun, and finishing it by wearing my favorite black boots. Glancing at my reflection on my full-size mirror, I smiled.

Heaving a deep breath before I went out of my room and walk downstairs.

“Good morning!” I exclaimed when I finally reached them on the table, they were happily eating just before I came, their smiles instantly vanished.

My older sister is Macy, and my second is Paris. They didn’t throw me a glance and eat silently. Like I just broke the happy aura seconds ago. I’m the youngest, yet the outcast.

But I completely ignored them and sat on my chair. I’m used to this ever since I was a kid, what’s new?

“I heard you went home this morning Jada?” Mom asked breaking the silence, only the food utensils can be heard on the table, while Dad was firmly reading the newspaper.

I glanced at mom.

“Yes.” I plainly said and went back to eating.

“Stop tainting our family name Jada, it might affect our company business in the future!” She growled.

“She doesn’t care about that, she just wants to get drunk and flirt with other boys out there!” Macy speaks this time.

Gripping on my spoon and fork firmly, I remain quiet and continued eating.

“She even stops schooling Mom, what else awaits for her in the future?” Paris stated.

I smiled bitterly.

“By the way, Jada, did you withdraw a 100k on my bank account yesterday?” Mom asked suddenly. I frowned at glanced at her.

“What would I do with a 100k when I have my credit card?” I shot back.

She quickly raised her brows at me.

“She probably gives that to her boyfriend's mom,” Macy commented. I rolled my eyes and stands up.

“As far as I remember, I’m not the one who got pregnant at a young age here and aborted my child. Look who’s a real flirt here? Even the innocent child lost her life because of someone’s irresponsibility and cowardness of facing the consequences she created? ” I mocked her as a smile slowly formed on my lips. They probably bully me, but I don’t tolerate it. Hate me or what, I won’t let someone step on me. I won’t be that stupid damsel in distress and let someone abuse my kindness, that’s not me.

“Jada,” Dad warned this time. I’m still not removing my gaze on Macy.

“What? Am I lying here? So don’t accuse me of flirting and stealing something I didn’t. If there will be someone to do that, it’s just between you two, Paris and Macy.” I snarled at them.

“Enough!” Dad exclaimed.

“M-mom!” Paris pitifully asked for mom’s help.

“Get out Jada.” Mom stated.

I shrugged. I was done eating anyways. Without any words to say, I walked out of the dining area proudly.

“Jada come back here! Where do you think you’re going?!” Dad growled.

I chuckled. They’re a bunch of psychos.

“Don’t worry too much Dad, I’ll be home later!” I sarcastically exclaimed and ran out of the mansion.

Driving my black Lamborghini Veneno, the mansion quickly vanish from my vision. Those people living there were extremely suffocating. I don’t even know how did I able to stand with their attitude for twenty freaking years.

I turned on my radio to lighten up my mood and speed my car to its maximum until I couldn’t visualize the corner of my eyes, as it became blurry.
