Daron let out a furious curse the moment he lost all visual feed from inside the factory.

Maren’s sheer power made him hesitate to charge in himself, so he barked the order, sending his men to storm the abandoned building instead.

At that moment, the rest of the crew arrived, quickly surrounding the perimeter as units began infiltrating the

darkened structure.

The factory loomed ahead, a hulking beast of concrete and steel, spanning three ominous stories.

He had the advantage in numbers, but none of it mattered if Maren refused to face him.

“Boss, if this keeps up, we should blow up the place,” a subordinate suggested.

“Agreed, but we’d need a mountain of explosives to do it right–this place is massive.” Daron nodded.
