Chapter sixteen.

** * general POV ***

"do you want a dead wish!? "

She snapped as she shifed to her huge black wolf form.

She was really huge and scary that many began to move back but Melanie did not sway.

"Melanie please come on!  Please don't fight her! "

Melanie could hear Charlie shout form afar but she was too angry to even respond.

Her eyes were burning red with anger and without her even thinking of it her wings appeared.

They were red and coated in fire.

But she didn't turn into a complete bird.

She was just a girl with red fiery wings.

Everyone around her gasped.

Even Tammy  was stunned for a moment that she had to look at the girl again to make sure she wasn't dreaming.

Alpha Ryker was the worse of them all.

He was too dumbfounded  to even speak.

"why didn't you fight me already! "

Melanie snapped at Tammy who charged towards her with full force.

She threw her heavy claws at Melanie which scratched her wings abit.

Melanie grunted in pans and recoiled as she rubbed her shoulder lightly.

Before she could even attack back Tammy had already took a sword from the ground and smash  her had in the back with it.

Blood oozed out a little and seeing this she was annoyed to the core.

"how dare you! "

She snapped and fling her sword around which took everyone by surprise.

The sword cut deep through Tammy's arms and she fell to the ground crying in pains.

It was the first time most of her pack members have ever see her cry of being beaten on the battle field.

*** Melanie's  POV **

I sighed heavily as I saw her fall to the ground in pains.

The blood on her arms was much more worse than the one I had on mine.

The smile on my face was evil and evident.

Not letting her rest even for a moment I added to the wound by using my left leg to kick her had in the jaw.

And then I kicked her hard again in the abdomen.

She yelled in pains and vomit out blood.

I still was not satisfied and wanted to kick her more and relieve my anger but then when I tried to kick her again I ended up kicking someone else in the back.

I heard him grunt in pains and I hissed as I looked at him.

It was non other than my stupid hideous  mate.

The alpha king.

I was furious,hurt and annoyed at the same time as I watched him cuddle her and spoke softly in her ears trying to assure her that all will be fine.

I Watched In anger as he tore off his cloths and used it to tie her bloody arms and back.

I felt hurt.

Betrayed.

Pained.

As if thousands of daggers were being used to pierce through my back.

It was painful watching it.

He turned to face me and our eyes met.

He looked cold and carried not even a single emotion in his eyes as he looked at me.

His eyes were that of anger and the same rejection he held in them a week ago.

It was no difference.

"you've  just gotten back to this pack and your already  trying to kill someone....

How dare you hurt her!

You wanted to kill her on a practice field.

Are you out of your mind!

You've just earned yourself a huge punishment for trying to kill her.

Boys!

Lock her up in the cell for two days and don't feed her! "

He snapped angrily his eyes were heavy.

Those two  haven't seen anything yet. I'll risk my life just to destroy theirs.

It was a vouch I've made to myself.

*** alpha Ryker's POV ***

I ruffled my head and I took another gulp from the bottle of wine I had with me.

"what the f*ck do you think your doing Ryker. That lady f*cking didn't do anything wrong.

It was your evil young lover that killed two of my men and left three of them severely injured and you just threw her into the cell.

Are you out of your mind alpha? "

Cole snapped as he walked into the bar I sat.

Jaxon haven't said a word to me since we came here and has just being drinking his wine slowly.

"she's your mate for Pete's sake.  Even if you didn't love her you should've at least treated her nicely.

That would have lesson the anger in her but now you've succeeded  in making her evil.

And you know she's the most powerful being that's among us right now and can even bring you down without thinking twice but you still went ahead to send her to the cell.  What were you thinking? "

Cole snapped again and he sat down on one of the chairs and gulped hard from my drink.

"I won't allow treat my pack member this ways as if she hadn't got anyone.

Release her from that stinking place right now or you and I may have a problem! "

He kept talking and I looked at him after hearing what he said last.

"what If I don't?"

I asked looking at him.

"what is she to you anyways? "

I couldn't help but ask again.

"it's non of your business  what she is to me.

You better release her right now.

Am not joking! "

He added and left.

I sighed and ruffled my hair.

I was in a tight spot and couldn't  just watch my Tammy get bullied like that.

Not in my pack.
