Everyone turns away and I hear many shift, Austin turns to me and doesn't hesitate to kiss me. I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss back.

He holds my waist tightly as his lips kiss my mouth with so much passion, I smile into it and I feel him smile too.

He pulls away and rests his head against mine, I take a deep breathe to regain a normal heart rate.

"So you wanted to tell me something?" He asks wrapping his arms loosely around my waist and I grin at him holding my nerves back.

"Oh uh yeah." I says rubbing my finger over a patch on his arm "it's very important, and before I tell you don't get mad because I didn't tell you before we left because I tried but I kept getting interrupted."

"Okay..." He said with a laugh "come on Maia what is it?" Taking in a large amount of oxygen I reveal what I've been trying to for the whole day.

"I'm pregnant." I say quickly then lean back in his arm watching his face. He looks down at me with wide eyes making my heart beat harder.

"What..." He asks sin disbelief making my whole body go into panic mode.

"I'm having a baby, your baby. Your going to be a daddy." I say trying to sound excited but I think I just sounded nervous.

He takes a few seconds to react but when he does I sigh in relief. A smile lights up his face and he picks me up and spins me around while shouting "I'm going to be a daddy!"

"Yes you are." I laugh then he puts me down, his lips crash to mine once again sending me into a whole new world. He pulls away only to kiss my nose then my forehead.

"And your going to be a mommy." He whispers in my ear "the best mommy in the world."

I hug him tightly feeling my eyes get wet as they fill with tears, I suddenly hear clapping and cheering. I look around and find everyone looking at us and smiling.

Oh they must of heard.

I let out a short laugh and hear Austin laugh too, I look up at his well defined chin and he looks down meeting my eyes.

"I love you." I whisper leaning my head on his chest as his arms tighten around my waist and he kisses my hair.

Everyone is chatting happily and eating at the same time. Caleb is sitting with another 17 year old who must be here for experience too.

The females are all sitting together or in the arms of a male who is most likely their mate, the males are chatting and some are helping themselves to more.

I look up and notice the sun has disappeared and the moon has come out to play, some stars shine in the deep blue sky.

The whole forest is wide awake with noise and the occasional bark of a fox or hoot of an owl, I hear the wind clattering the leaves of he trees above our heads.

I watch the burning flames dance among the pile of wood and grow sending sparks around it. I sit alone on the sleeping bag while Austin goes to chat to the males about tomorrow.

I watch many people get into their sleeping bags or on their blankets and fall asleep. I soon decide that it's my time to hit the hay too, I get into the large bag and curl up.

I rub my stomach and smile, my baby is in there. The life that Austin and I created together, the life I will be protecting and helping for the next 7 mo the inside my stomach.

"Hey Maia," Austin says finally coming back over to me "goodnight love."
