I let a laugh slip through my lips as we start walking down the hallway. We get to his office in no time and soon are climbing the secret staircase up to our room.
I sit down on the bed as soon as I'm a step away, how much I love this bed is unbelievable. I watch Austin turn the tv on then back away so he falls onto he bed next to me.
"I'm sorry." I whisper again, no matter how many times I apologise I will never be able to apologise for the amount of pain I've caused.
"Don't Maia." He says more strongly this time "this was not your fault."
He pushes me so I fall backwards on the bed and he hovers over me. His lips press to mine making all my thoughts evaporate into thin air.
His hands rest either side of my head to keep himself up but slowly he starts falling, until he finally leans on me and I can feel every molecule on his body.
His lips are soft yet hungry against my own, my arms wrap around his neck and my hands find his hair.
He pulls back momentarily "I love you Maia."
"I love you Austin." I say then pull his lips back down to mine. Before I know it all of our clothes are thrown on the floor.

I open my eyes and glance over at Austin, his face is relaxed and his mouth is slightly open. He's fallen asleep about three hours ago but it had never found me, I hadn't let it.
I slowly rip myself out of his strong hold. He groans and turns the other way, I let out a breath that I didn't realise I was holding in.
I grab some black clothes and my black combat boots and put them on. I grab a bottle of scent blocking spray hidden in the back of our closet.
I spray myself all over then shove it in a small black bag with some stuff I will need for my journey. Including a map, water and some food incase I can't find anything to hunt.
Austin told me this is for emergencies, it's a spray that cloaks your scent so I open the door silently and glance back at Austin, my mate who I had come to love so much.
"I'm sorry." I whisper before walking out, I close the door behind me and block Austin and everybody else from my mind.
I soon make it out of the academy and into the woods, I strip off my clothes and shift into my wolf. Grabbing the clothes in my mouth I start running.
I run until I get to the end of the territory. About 4 men stand tall and muscular guarding in their human form.
"You called?" I spin around and snarl angrily at him, if I was in wolf form I would of attacked out of instinct.
The darkness of his face reveals a smirk, his black hood covers he rest of his face. I had not realised this last time we met, I was too busy getting the worst news of my life.
"What do you want Maiana?" He says pushing a strand of hair from my face them disappears only to reappear behind me.
"Why do you call me that?" I ask, my name is Maia not Maiana.
"That's what I use to call you." He says walking around me slowly.
"What do you mean? We've met before our last encounter." I ask curiously, how could that be? I don't remember him.
"It'll all make sense soon." He states as if it's no big deal. His black cloak follows him with each step he takes while circling me.
"How soon?" I ask getting frustrated with him already. My wolf growl and snarls constantly in my mind, she begs to be let out so she can kill him.
