Julius.

“Bored yet?” Charlotte asked with a playful smile. 

Julius nodded. “A little. I can’t understand most of what they’re saying, but once I’m done with my task, I’ll head out.” 

“You’re here for something?” Charlotte raised an eyebrow, surprised. 

“Yeah.” Julius gave a small nod. For him, it was a pretty big deal. 

He had a role to play in his parents‘ relationship, one that was crucial.

“Okay, once you’re done, I’ll take you home,” she said, ruffling his hair with a soft smile.

Barrett glanced at him. “So, what did you talk to Charlotte about?”

Gideon suddenly chimed in. “Let me guess… you think she’s not good enough for Arthur?” 

Mason looked at him, surprised. “How did you know?”

And, being Sophia’s brother, of course you’d side with her and look down on Charlotte. As for her, ever since she decided to divorce Arthur, it’s like she’s turned into a different person.
