"Mom is here and she is looking for you." Angelica McSmith replied. She was the intruder.

"Haven't you ever heard of knocking?" Kelvin who was trying not to act mad said.

"My bad." she replied, looked at Alisha who hasn't moved an inch from where she had been standing and gave her the 'if look could kill' stare.

Alisha wished the ground would just open and swallow her at that second and she sadly looked away from Angelica.

"Are you really serious about mom being here?" Kelvin asked

"Yes. We've been looking for you for sometime. We didn't know that this is where you're with some...umm...mom is waiting for you."

"I'm coming."

"She said we should come together." Angelica replied stubbornly.

"Okay." Kelvin nodded and looked at Alisha. He gave her a quick kiss on the tip of her nose and whispered to her. "I will soon be back."

Alisha nodded her head and watched as Kelvin and Angelica walked out of the door.

She slowly walked to the bed, sat on it and started thinking about what had almost happened between her and Kelvin. Physically, she was happy that they hadn't gone too far but emotionally, she was sad. She had wanted Kelvin so badly but Angelica intrusion had cut everything short.

She laid down on the bed and started wondering why his sister had given her such a bad look. They had never met before and it wasn't as if Angelica knew who she was personally. Why that look, Angelica?

All of a sudden, the door opened and Alisha immediately sat up on the bed, expecting Kelvin to walk in but shockingly, it wasn't Kelvin that had opened the door but Kim Yoon-hye, Kelvin's ex girlfriend.

She walked majestically into the room with a small, golden purse in her hand and gave Alisha a smile that didn't reach her eyes.

"Kelvin isn't here." Alisha said.

"I guess I'm not the one that you're expecting." Yoon-hye said as she sat on a couch that was facing Alisha. "How have you been doing, Alisha?"

Alisha's lipped quivered.

How did she know who I am? She thought.

Alisha who was still in shock had no idea about how to reply that question so, she decided not to reply.

"I'm Kim Yoon-hye." Kim Yoon-hye introduced

"I know who you're." Alisha said and watched as Yoon-hye smiled at her words.

"You think you do, Alisha. Do you know who I am to kelvin?"

"His...um...ex."

Yoon-hye smiled "Yeah, to the world but, do you know who I am to him personally?"

At this point, Alisha had no idea what Kim Yoon-hye was talking about and just stared at her in response.

"I'm his fiancee." Kim Yoon-hye added.

Alisha's heart started pounding heavily and she had no idea when she gripped the bedspread with all the strength in her hands.

So, Kelvin is engaged. She thought. And she was making out with an engaged man.

"Let me put some light into what I just said." Kim Yoon-hye's voice broke into Alisha's thought. "When we were kids, our parents and we already knew that I and kelvin are going to marry each other. We played together and do a lot of things together. And when I was ten, on my birthday my father announced to the two families that I'm going to marry Kelvin. My dad and Kelvin's dad already worked things out before the announcement. And you also know that we being together is also going to help our businesses"
