"I am not quiet finished with you Clare." I am flipped over so I am looking up at Kurt. He smiles at me pulling out a silver knife. He starts tracing letter along my rib cage as silent tears fall down my face. My ribs sting from the silver and I know it is going to scar, but I don't care. I have given up on caring.

Kurt leans forward licking away the blood while digging his fingers into my waist.

"Property of Kurt." He smiles and traces my tender ribs that they scream out in pain. He gets up and leaves me alone again. I somehow find the strength the pull myself out of bed and I have to bite my lip to stop myself from screaming. I can barely walk as I stumble towards the mirror.

I look at myself in disgust at my battered and bruised body. There are so many cuts that it is hard to tell where one start and another begins. I look at my ribs as see the words "property of Kurt" etched into my skin with silver.

I fall to my knees and start vomiting up blood trying to get rid of the tremors in my body and the pressure in my chest. My wolf still hasn't returned and I am glad because I do not want her to see me like this. I listen to see if Derek and his friends are in the house, but I hear nothing.

I get up on my feet knowing this is my last chance to get away. I limp out of the room and down the stairs. I try to be quiet and I freeze whenever I hear the slightest sound from inside the house. I have no idea where I am as I make my way towards the door. My hand touches the door and I can feel my freedom. My heart is beating so loud in my chest that I can hear it and the thumping noise it makes. Sweat cover my body and my breathing become erratic.

"Where are you going?" I scream as I am ripped away from the door by my hair. I fall to my floor and I feel a foot kicking me over and over again. I curl into a ball trying to protect myself as I hear the sound of bones breaking and shattering into a thousand tiny pieces.

"Going back to your mate Clare." Derek sneers as he pulls me back up the stairs.

"Stop, please, just let me go." I struggle the whole way up and only stop when he slams my face into the wall. I hear a sickening crunch as pain explodes throughout my face.

"You are never leaving again Clare. You are mine forever." He digs his claws into my back as I scream bloody murder. Derek freezes his actions as there is chaos coming from down below. The sound of growling and tearing echoes through the house along with screaming.

"Conner she is fine." Felix says during our lunch break. Alpha Jackson is talking to us about Clare and what happened since she arrived at our pack. We answered all of his questions as he started to build a case against Derek.

"I just have this feeling." I rest my head on the counter knowing I am most likely worrying about nothing.

"She will be fine Conner." Jackson calls us back into his office and we all walk back to where we are sitting. Not long after lunch passed I find it hard to sit still. I have a throbbing in my head and my arms are aching.

My wolf is pacing inside my head and on many occasions I am been asked to sit still.
