I was so shocked by his outburst that I did not immediately react to his words, but when his message reached me I send a silent thank you to the moongoddess for gifting me with such an incredible mate.

His rant continued, but I did not listen anymore. I was too preoccupied with my intense feelings for my loving and accepting mate.

Not in my wildest dreams had I dared to wish for someone who would take me with all my worries and weaknesses. But Nathan did, he even thought that my weaknesses were accomplishments.

He was my rock, my anchor, my everything.

And even though I had just bared my soul to him, he still wanted me, was even angry for all that had happened to me.

Nathan did not just know me, he understood me.

In a daze I rose from my seat and closed the distance between Nathan and I.

He seemed suprised and stopped walking, intensily watching me getting closer.

I could see a myriad of emotions crossing his face. Beginning from love, adoration, to grief and anger.

I only stopped walking when I was directly in front of Nathan and instantly his hands settled on my waist.

I loved that he was always touching me, almost as if he could not stand any distance between us.

I could not wait another second so when I gently placed my palms on his chest, feeling his strong heart beating I told him, "I love you!"

Shock was clearly written on his face and I hurried to explain, "I know we haven't known each other long and you don't have to..."

His eyes softened and huskily Nathan interrupted me, "I don't fucking care how long we've known each other, I've been in love with you since the first time I've seen you!"

Again tears welled up in my eyes, because this was just too good to be true.

My cheeks blushed and a secretive smile played on my lips when I thought about how romantic and sweet Nathan was. It made me incredibly happy that he was this way only with me, as if I was someone very special to him.

"Okay I packed pretty much anything you're going to need except of underwear."

My blush only deepened as Milena showed me some very showing underwear with price tags still attached to them.

"While you were busy spending time with your mate today, I went shopping for you.", Milena told me enthusiastically and threw all the new underwear into my suitcase.

My thoughts had circled around mating with Nathan since Lennart had told us that we could finish the mating process even before the mating ceremony. I had so many questions and I also felt uncomfortable, because Nathan probably had experience whereas I had not even had my first kiss a month ago. I knew now was the time to ask Milena everything I wanted to know, but I did not even know where to start.

"You nervous about mating?", Milena asked me, already knowing exactly what I was worrying about.
