Werewolf Academy's Alpha novel Chapter 18

I make my way to my next period which is English, oh great.

I get to room 234B and enter, there are a few students here already and the teacher Mrs Davy is sitting at the desk with her thin glasses resting at the bottom of her nose while she reads a book.

I notice Christian and Louis waving to me and smile. I quickly make my way to go take a seat in front of them. Once I've taken a seat the questions begin.

"Where have you been?" Christian asks.

"Well I ummm I, oh you know." I stutter completely lost for words.

"Why do you smell of the Alpha? Wait no why are you wearing his clothes?? And what the fuck is on your neck?" Louis asks his eyes trained on my exposed neck.

Oh shit I forgot to pull my hair back over my shoulder when Austin pushed it away. I pull my hair over it quickly ignoring their confused glances at each other.

I motion for them to come closer and they both lean in, eager to hear what I have to tell them.

"The Alpha." I start "He'smymateandIstayedinhisroomlastnightandhemarkedmeandhewantedmetowearhisclothestoschoolbecauseheisstartingtobepossessivewhichIlikereally."

They both look at me with open mouths and blink a few times before turning to each other.

"You get any of that?" Christian asks and Louis shakes his head before they turn back to me.

"Rose, say it slowly please." Louis says and they are suddenly all ears again.

I take and deep breath before slowly saying "He's my mate and I stayed in his room last night and he marked me and he wanted me to wear his clothes to school because he is starting to be possessive which I like really."

They blink at me once again and it's a whole minute before they speak again.

"That's awesome!" Christian exclaims loudly "my bestie, the Luna!"

"Shhh." I say "nobody can know just yet!"

"But you are wearing his clothes you know..." Christian smirk grows bigger as I blush deep crimson. Then I realise that Louis hasn't said anything.

"Louis..." I say putting a hand on his shoulder which snapped him out of his trance.

"Wow that's amazing Maia, I understand why you didn't tell everyone but you could of told me." He sounded hurt so I wrapped my arms around him.

"I'm sorry but I've been so busy and my mind is just not in the right place right now especially after this mark." I say pointing to where it lays on my neck.

"It's okay but promise next time something happens tell me straight away." Louis says and I smile widely at him.

"Of course I will Lou-Lou." I say singing his new nickname "haha I like that nickname."

It's been almost a week now since I was in the accident and since Austin marked me and we haven't mated yet.

But today is our first date and I'm super exited but after our date something important is happening.

I'm being introduced as the Luna in front of everybody on a stage and then there will be a huge party afterwards. But that's not even the best bit.

After that Austin is taking me to a beach house on a private beach that we will have all to ourselves. It's a tradition in his family to take their mate somewhere special after the Luna ceremony.

I blush every time I think of what we will probably do.

"Earth to Maia." Lizzie says waving a hand in front of my face making me snap out of my dirty thoughts.

Kaitlin and Lizzie are over to help me get ready for my first date with Austin. I am pooping my pants.

"Huh, sorry what?" I say looking at the two giggling girls.

"Were you thinking about him again?" Kaitlin says giving me a knowing smirk, Kaitlin is Nate's mate and Lizzie is mates with Christian.

They are all fully mated and then there is scared little me.

"No." I lie before standing up and walking to my walk-on closet that was already half packed up considering it's all moving to Austin's room - our room.
